The team was super friendly and helpful and got us quickly set up with everything we’d need. Would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!”

2312 US-2, Hermon“We are seasonal visitors in the Downeast area and used The Shop last year to prepare our vehicle to flat tow behind our RV so we of course trust them to take a look again this year with brake work and oil change. Ryan and the staff are very professional and friendly. Will continue to trust them in the future and recommend them to anyone.”
“Scratched up my side cover to my motorcycle, dropped it off at Macs on Monday, done on Wednesday! He did an amazing job on it (Better than the factory paint, lol) and his price was MORE than fair. Definitely will take my autobody needs to Macs Paint &Body Shop and if you do, you won't be sorry.”
“What a wonderful experience we had at Maine Collision. We called after colliding unceremoniously with a post. After explaining the damage and sending pictures, we were told that they would call back with a date when they had the parts they needed and they did! They dealt directly with our insurance company. The car was repaired in the window of time, and the job was outstanding! Colors matched completely and it was clean. All the people involved in-house were a pleasure to speak to. We highly recommend Maine Collision Center for all your repair work.”

34 Banair Rd, Bangor“Went to buy a new ninja 650 and they were super helpful right off the bat. The called me saying there were starting to build it and within 4 days were done. I had some problems trying to get some paper work to buy the bike and took me a week to get it. they were very patient and even reassured me that the bike was mine and only mine and will be there waiting for me. 10/10 recommend.”
“Best mechanic guy Matt K. He found the problem right away and he was stay and fixed my truck one hour after the shop closed on Saturday,Thank you!! Saved my week”
“Super helpful! Was looking for a coolant filter for my RV. The lady on the phone used my old part number to cross reference without insisting on a make/model and all that (it’s confusing for an RV anyway); she had a replacement ID’d in seconds. Even had it waiting for me on the counter when I walked in. Great customer service, for a change these days!! Thank you NAPA Bangor!”
“Bought a truck from these guys last week it was fast and painless! Great customer service and Mark the sales manager was great to deal with! I hope my vehicles last awhile but wouldn't hesitate to buy another truck here.”
“I needed to replace a muffler on my F-150 that I had bought more than 5 years previously. At first I was told that the warranty had exspired and they offered to sell at their cost but when I returned to pick up the new muffler they had researched and found that the warranty was good and gave me a free replacement.Thank you Gary!”

571 Coldbrook Rd, Hermon“Not sure if this is the right shop in Bangor ME but for the parts guys Doug and Dave who helped me out with a Ford Part for my truck here in Boise, ID you two rock. Thanks for going above and beyond vs simply saying “nope don’t have” it or “nope don’t know how to help” you. Seriously you helped me by selling that Fuel System kit that the Ford Dealer here is Boise, ID says nope don’t have can’t find one and NO ETA on getting that part. You guys had it and sold it to folks in ID, Thanks a ton and it’s great to see some folks will go above and beyond the daily scope in helping others.”
“Great and help parts guys there. They all have plenty of knowledge. It's hard to get around the building with a trailer on but you can always drop your trailer off at Dysarts.”

155 Perry Rd, Bangor“Edit #2 I have changed it from 1 to 5 stars and here is why:
1 - Webb's in Holden is the one that screwed us up. The store in Bangor and Will fixed EVERYTHING. I didn't know they had two stores. Apologies to Will.
2 - He and his crew listened to everything we had to say, even when we got a little upset :) (Don't worry, I didn't swear :O)
3 - In my original review - After we thought everything was ok because my husband had cleaned up 2 episodes of dead mice, the spring of '24 greeted us with an atrocious smell. Even after they went over everything and cleaning up some mouse poo & pee, Will's crew continued looking and found a bag of potatoes in a cabinet that we didn't even know existed (under the stove). Potatoes store for a long time, grow for quite some time and then these ones were also frozen for quite some time. Apparently freezing and thawing are not good because the result was a bag of black potatoes covered in maggots. (Lesson learned - don't purchase a camper the same day it is traded in - give the business a chance to check it better)
4. Webb's RV in Bangor cleaned that mess up, bleached it, and let us know what happened - and sent a pic, Yuck!
5. We arrived to pick it up and as promised by Will, they did not use any scents, sprays, candles or anything that might have masked an odor. Upon entering for the first time, Will came to great us immediately, asking us to check everything and smell every area. He opened up the cabinet and showed us that no smell came from there anymore.
6. I told Will that we would bring the camper home, let it sit closed up for a few days, and then give it the final "sniff test". He said he understood and thought that we would be happy with the result.
**The camper passed the "sniff test" with flying colors**
I officially state that we plan to get a 5th wheel in the future and Webb's RV in BANGOR will be the first place we look, and it may even be the only place we look if Will is still there. Even though that review was intended for the Holden store, it affected the Bangor store and Will took that very seriously. He and his crew were patient, professional and thorough.
~~ I highly recommend that anyone considering the purchase of an RV, and considers customer service an important part of doing that, go see Will at Webb's RV in Bangor.~~
Apparently I have gone over the # of characters allowed - I'm going to try to keep the bare bones of the poor review so the well deserved good review can remain...
Edit # 1 Webb's RV has reached out to us and let us know they want us to bring our camper to their business so they can try to find out what the smell is. We're going to bring it down this week. The number of stars and a new update will let you know how it went.
Original Review - My husband and I were looking for our first camper. We bought our camper At Webb's in the summer of ‘22. They brought us right to a 2020 camper that had just been traded in. They surprised us by going down on the price several thousand dollars. Boy we thought we had the best luck when we completed the deal that same day!! My husband is good with his hands and went to put in an in-line surge protector. He discovered two dead mice on a glue trap. It was late in the summer when my husband winterized it and everything seemed ok. Next spring things started to get stinky. My husband started searching and found another glue trap with two more dead mice under the floor, under the bathroom sink. He went through the floor, under the shower, etc. And found rodent droppings and insulation soaked with mouse urine and had to work for weeks to clean it and fill every hole he could find. Through the winter of ‘23, my husband had traps inside, which he changed the bait periodically with no mice caught at all. We thought all his work finally paid off. Spring of ‘24 - the humi”
“Super friendly associates who greet you when you walk through the store. Lots of parts in stock and great prices. Saves me from driving all the way to Bangor for car parts. Nice store and very clean!”

563 Odlin Rd, Bangor“I had bodywork done to my vehicle here last year which was paid for by insurance. There were a number of issues with the service I received. Which starting off when I went in for the quote, the estimator said what needed to be done to get it back good as new, however he never gave a dollar figure or a cost breakdown. But since every body shop in the area was booked until May, I went with these guys who said they could get me in sometime in March. The other sort of red flag was all of the paperwork you had to sign was extremely hard to read. It looked almost as if it had been photocopied and while doing so, it had been moved because it was extremely blurry.
I sent my truck in no problems there, however when I got it back there were several places where dust from the bondo sanding, which had been painted over. I also noticed what looked like a run in the paint on the B pillar of my truck. Now granted when I first got my truck back it was rainy and crappy and I didn't get a good look at the work. However, the day I went in to bring up the issues the estimator was out and the owner dealt with me. He made sure the issues were taken care of (although you can sort of see the run/bondo fill area if the light hits it just right) and had other work pushed aside to take me back in, which he made everything right and thats where the 4 stars comes from. However, the day I got my truck back the second time I noticed there was a spot on my rear bumper which hadn't been touched up. I forgot who I dealt with that day, but I will own the mistake I probably should have taken another look after they brought it back out of the shop, since it looks like they took one of those small touch up pens and painted over the spot.
Will I come back in the future, maybe/maybe not. I was pleased with the timeline and the fact that the owner took responsibility for the issues with the work.
As for cons, in hindsight I probably should have pushed for a detailed cost breakdown, and there seems to be some issues such as the paperwork being hard to read, etc...”
“Fast , friendly and knowledgeable of any question you may have, I even explained an issue I was having and they helped me figure out the problem and saved me thousands of dollars. highly recommend JK for any part you need.”
