I can’t thank Erik enough for his incredible kindness and help during a rough morning. I accidentally locked my keys and phone in my car while getting gas and he went above and beyond by offering to use his phone to call around and find a locksmith for me. His compassion and willingness to help turned an awful situation into something manageable. Red Roof is lucky to have someone like Erik! Highly recommend this place—thank you again!

This place went downhill.
Ordered here months ago and showed up to be told they didn’t have the food and couldn’t make it. Guy was drugged out, let it go because he was nice.
Today, they cancelled my uber eats order, but didn’t actually cancel caused me a 30 minute delay to my order after contacting Uber support. “Kitchen isn’t open” but let me accept this order and not cancel it.
Wild. Hope they sell to a mom & pop that will run it properly.

I drove all the way over to red roof to pick up a 12 pack of beer. Unfortunately, I left my ID at home. I am 57 years old with a gray goatee, but the clerk would not sell to me without identification. He claimed it is company policy Because they’re supposed to scan your ID. No company is going to scan my ID for anything. So I left the pizza and the 12 pack on the counter and said goodbye. I’ll never return. “F” these corporate INconvenient stores.

Gone down hill for sure the employee will be busy and isted of doing there job they tell you they don't have product ready for sale... now idk if they think everyone is a ignorant as they are but when you get a product from a can and all you have to do is open the can but instead you tell people you don't have any made... no your just lazy and now I'm doing my job at work hungry cause its was Inconvenient For somebody else to do their job. Good to see customer satisfactions their top priority. Not

This place is a hole. Their pumps overcharge for gas, which is bad enough, but the outside trash are always overflowing, leaving trash to blow all over the property. The service is horrendous, the groceries are way overpriced, and the food is disgusting. There are lots of options nearby, just keep driving past this dump.

Wish there was a zero rating. Disgusting atmosphere (there is always trash overflowing the outside cans and blowing around the islands), disgusting food, lousy service and their pumps overcharge for gas. Lots of other options for service within a few miles. Stay away from this dump.
