Brought my atv there for fixing last Friday told me cf moto would cover the job then got a call saying I have a bill...then I get home battery was dead then still doing the same thing as before and travel 2 hrs to bring it there..

Took my machine for a service was told one price also wanted something else done to the machine when i pick it up the price was alot more and theey didnt do what i asked and they are not good at returning calls

I brought my Polaris Ranger in to be serviced recently. My first-time experience at Northeast was extremely positive. They kept me posted throughout the entire process. Dan the Service Dept. made every effort to expedite completion even though they were booked out with a lot of work and I appreciated their sense of urgency. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of my friends to use Northeast MS from this point forward!

Purchasing the boat was so easy and exciting, and all the staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure to buy the boat at Northeast Motorsports; although, I am sure that they are glad I did, and I am glad I did!!!

I went in looking for a used side x side. I came out owning a brand new one. I wanted a rear window and a front window added. They had a problem with the factory front window being out of stock and not knowing when they would have one available. They called me and said they found one but it was $75 more expensive. I ok’d the purchase. The day it came in they called me. I said if you can get it in today I’ll come pick it up. They promised it for four o’clock. It was ready when I got there. They surprised with the fact that they picked up the cost of the new “nicer” windshield! Thank you!! Dealing with these two guys have been such a pleasure. We met a couple other employees while we were there the day we bought the S x S. They were also fun to talk with. We all shared interesting stories. It was like being With old friends. I will stop in even if I don’t need anything just to say Hi when I’m in the area!!!!!

Purchased a Kawasaki Mule Pro 1000 FXT from these people. At time of purchase I asked the service manager how much a break in service was and he told me it would be appx. $1000.00. That seemed high so I called another dealer and they told me it would be under $300. So I called two other random dealers and they said the same, under $300.
Now there is a "NO RUN" recall and I am being told to drop my machine off so they can order parts when there isn't even a fix for the machine from Kawasaki yet!
Hang on to your wallet and find a better dealer.

Amazing experience, and everyone at the shop was great! Had been looking at ATVs for a while and right before a massive snowstorm, I went by the shop to make my purchase (adding a plow as well!). The full team pulled through and were able to mount the plow AND deliver the ATV to my house the NEXT DAY (the morning of the storm). Just a great experience all around and super helpful staff who it was a pleasure to buy from. Did everything they could to help me when I was in need, and they will definitely be getting my business again.
