I needed a simple repair to my exhaust system. One piece welded, less than one hour. The mechanic refused to do the repair unless I bought an additional part which would bring the bill to over $600.
I said No to the second part. He then refused to install the first part. Lowered my car from the hoist and demanded I pay them $65 for nothing done.
Very upset at this professional part salesman who refused a simple mechanical fix.

Ok. So, haven't bought anything.......yet. went looking at vehicles yesterday and had an awesome experience. The owner, Bill came out talked to my wife and I for like an hour. We went over every vehicle they had on the lot. This guy is super nice and great to talk with about cars/trucks/suvs.Never any pressure to buy now, but totally willing to give his time and share his knowledge. I plan to go back as soon as they are open ( closed Saturday and Sunday)and by a vehicle. Very very low key environment. Would recommend to any one in the area. Or outside the area, make the drive you won't regret it.
Update.... went back and bought a 16 jeep JK. Absolutely no pressure. What a great experience. Left feeling like we were part of the family. Bill and his family/staff are some of the best to work with. If your looking for a vehicle go to kenney automotive. They only have grate products and stand by them

Very kind, honest, and great group of folks at Kenney Automotive. Highly recommend if you're in need of vehicle maintenance or inspection. I brought my vehicle in for a battery and oil change, and Liam was wonderful! He was honest and even helped out with a heat shield that had been 'fixed' by a prior major car dealership. Kenney Automotive is the real deal! Super appreciate them and their good hearts.

Highly recommend!! My car broke down yesterday but I was lucky enough that it decided to die directly outside Kenney’s. One of the guys there, maybe Bill?, came out and took a look and was able to get the car running long enough to get me safely off the road. They were very transparent about their pricing and flexible as I needed my car back ASAP. They had it done quickly and efficiently!!! I will definitely be back for routine maintenance and would suggest them in a heartbeat!

Disclaimer, I now own a Wrangler. After driving by this shop for years, and seeing all of the Jeeps that they have for sale, I wanted to switch to this shop for service. This team is amazing! They were up front and honest with what needs to be done short term and long term! When you wait in the lobby, you learn a lot about a company, and these guys are so professional! They took my rig right in and had it finished quicker than the other facility I used. And Liam is the King of multitasking! Regardless if they offer a AAA discount or not, my Jeep found a home for maintenance and repairs!Services: Tires
