“I needed a wick for my kerosene heater and of coarse they had what I needed and was better quality and has lasted triple as long as wick I got from Walmart. They were also cheaper than Walmart. I highly recommend. They always have what I need.”

“Sales associates were extremely helpful everyone comes up to you and asks you if there's anything that they can help you find and they do so more than once pretty much every time that they walk by they make sure that your finding everything okay which is something really hard to find anywhere else as most of the stores that offer Building Supplies are rather large these days and understaffed. The people here seem to be in a great mood considering they are at work. This company has been in business for a long time I'm not sure how long and they hold true to a customer-centric focus which has enabled them to stay here as long as they have in the community as the leading lumber yard and Manufacturing facility in the area.”

“Wit-Way supply (I believe his name was Dave) saved my sanity. After diagnosing the problem with my furnace as my house was 42° I called Lenox. The company it was made by, rudely informed me within two minutes they refused to sell me a $30 switch for my furnace because I was not an HVAC company. Dave even had me bring in the broken one to make sure that was the problem and sold me one that was compatible the same day. He was very helpful and asked all the questions to make sure I had troubleshot correctly. He did not need to even take the time to do that. I highly recommend WIT-WAY Supply~ Once I got home installed the switch I had heat instantly. Thank you for saving me what would have been thousands if I had to go through Lenox and a mental asylum. P.S If you're reading this, don't buy #Lenox.”

“i came into store for only paint chips & paint sample jars of custom behr paint. i was cheerfully greeted by young man named "joseph" in paint dept. joseph was all alone & slammed with customers! however, he remained patient, cool & cheeful throughout entire event. joseph, was organized, efficient & answered myriad of paint questions. for a very young man, he was so helpful & considerate with his time. i am sure he is earning pennies on dollar for an hourly salary? in my opinion joseph is an extremely valuable hd employee! thank you, young joseph.”
