“Moody's Collison is definitely the place you want to go to, especially when dealing with an accident claim. They handle themselves very professionally but also are so caring at making sure the customer has a good experience. Auto repairs can be expensive and depending on the type of accident, also traumatizing. They handled everything with so much grace. They want to make sure they do right for the customer. Thank you for taking care of my damaged vehicle when other body shops in bangor didn't even care, and couldn't care less about if it got fixed or not. I appreciate how well they handled the insurance claim when others just stick up their nose to them. “While my mom, my niece, and I were on an extended road trip, multiple warning lights came on my Forester. We stopped at Stanley Subaru, and Riley and the service team diagnosed the issue. Since we were slated to leave Acadia the next day, they ordered the part needed and set us up with a loaner. They called mid morning the next day to let me know that my car was repaired, and they had also completed a multipoint inspection to make sure that my Forester was ready to make our trip back to Tennessee. This team provided the best service I have ever experienced. They are heroes in our book!”

I dealt primarily with Shannon and he made some great recommendations on how to proceed. His communication was consistent and reliable. He generated paperwork that was both thorough and accurate. Work was finished sooner than expected as well. We are very fortunate to have them in the area. The life of the Jeep has been profoundly extended.”
