“Very happy with the staff at this location. It was staffed by a couple of friendly men when we arrived about 15 minutes before close. I had a return and mentioned we were traveling and barely made it, and that I would try to look around quick. They insisted we take our time and not rush. We were still trying things on 5 or 10 minutes past closing yet were not rushed to be on our way, even with our 5-year-old exhibiting 5-Year-old behavior in their store.
After making our purchase and with the door locked behind us it took a while to get loaded up and on the road. I observed quite a few cars pulling in with people hoping to get in the store. Maybe they should consider staying open an extra hour in summer. 5:00 is pretty early.”
“My son's off to College in less than a week & we needed to get him some last minute clothes. So we went here & they're having a huge sale. 40% off pants/shorts, 50% off hoodies/zip-ups, 10-15$ shirts. Just about every department & everything is on sale. We got quite a bit, would've came to over 300$ & we paid around 130$ for everything. Love this outlet, never standing in line but for a couple minutes, fast & polite workers at registers & if you need help or a different size that's not out on the floor they're happy to go out back & check for you. Woman at dressing rooms was extremely nice as usual. Definitely recommend going here.”

“A wonderful shopping experience! All staff introduced themselves and were polite and pleasant. The store was impeccably clean and clothing was neatly arranged. I found nothing out of place or in the wrong size area. Prices were great! I was given my own dressing room with my name on it and the sales associates checked back to see if I needed any other sizes or items. I think this will be my "go to" store from now on. Thanks!”

“I’ve been shopping here for years. They carry good quality clothes at great prices (if you shop during sale weekends!) I love that you can purchase an evening outfit or a work outfit just as easily as a casual outfit. Sometimes the sizing is inconsistent, so I recommend trying things on. They have a large clearance section in the back where you can score ridiculous deals. The petite section could stand to be a bit bigger, but overall, this store is a winner. Staff has always been really nice and helpful and there’s plenty of parking out front. Make sure you come on a holiday weekend to maximize your discounts. They celebrate any and all holidays, year round.”

“I came here under the recommendation of a family member. There's a great selection, and the price was fair. I selected an Oxford style shoe that can be worn in semi casual to dressed up. There's a 60-day return policy if you do not like the shoes. These shoes fit and look great. You can also purchase belts, shirts, ties, socks....it's a great men's shop.”
“This is one of my favorite outlet stores in Maine.They have a good sized assortment of clothing that is marked down to very reasonable prices.The last time I was in there I looked around for a while and saw three beautiful tops so I went ahead and tried them on. I was only going to take one of them since I was planning on going to a few other outlet stores in the area and did not want to spend all of my money in one place.They were all so nice that it was hard to pick but I thought about what I had at home for bottoms and accessories to go with the tops and finally I decided on a winner. The store was neatly organized and it was fun to browse what they had in stock.The signage on the clothing displays clearly showed any discounts available on the items.The sales floor and fitting rooms were spotless and I could tell that the store is well taken care of by the employees.The clerk at the cashier station was pleasant to deal with and I was satisfied with the service that I received.I will make it a point to come back to this store the next time I am in Maine doing some outlet shopping.”

“My daughter and I can’t say enough about the incredible service we’ve received from Elaine and Sheri at Chico’s off the Rack in Kittery, Maine. I was very quickly and easily fitted to a stunning outfit for a wedding. My daughter Deirdre was also quickly and kindly fitted to two outfits for long days of teaching???!!
