For my first time at the Kittery Walgreens, I waited in line for 30 minutes to pick up a prescription —but figured it was a one off. The next time I used kittery walgreens I quickly understood that a 30 minute wait was the norm.

The pharmacy is painfully slow and cannot seem to get my scripts correct. I've been here 40 minutes and they filled the wrong one. It is like this every time!

Prices went up the pharmacy service went down, WAY down. I feel bad for the remaining employees from Rite Aid who are friendly and competent having to work with the Walgreen staff which are less qualified and some in the pharmacy are unpleasant.
