“I tried to get an apt today to get my studded snow tires off in the Seabrook NH location but Cory was booked there so I called this location in Newington and Joe was very helpful. Said he would make it happen for me to come in. Whatever time would work for me he said he would charge me the same price as Seabrook and actually charged me a dollar less than the other location in Seabrook and Dave was able to take off my snow tires and put on, my all season tires in like 15 minutes I highly recommend this place! I will definitely be coming back here to have my snow tires put back on in the winter. Joe and Dave took a great care of me. Would give them 10 stars if I could! Great Customer Service!!”

“A true family owned and operated garage! You can drive by almost any day, and see the garage doors open, while the son and father repair, maintain, and align vehicles.In an era where everyone feels like I’ve got to take my car or truck back to the dealership to get work done, this shop can do almost all of it. They’re fighting the good fight against cheap parts, new age sensors, and rust and corrosion. They’re very honest for sure, and treat everyone with respect. It can be overwhelming to bring a vehicle somewhere to get repaired.My folks went here, and needed their old Toyota minivan repaired. Jason, the son, has been doing this since he was a child. He’s been to college for mechanics and knows his stuff inside and out. He made my mom and dad feel very comfortable, and he explained everything to them so they could understand where their money was going. It was over 30% less than the dealership was going to charge them!In an era where things are cheap, but the cost of living is astronomical, every dollar counts and the quality of the work matters. Go here, and you won’t be disappointed.”

“I am not a huge reviewer online, but have been collecting a few 5 star recommendations over the last year that I really wanted to write. HUGE 5 star, 10/10 review for 2 brothers. I'm from the Boston area, and upon driving up to Portsmouth for a day trip in my new-to-me used car, a few of my lights on the dash went on and my car began to make a weird noise. I called 2 Brothers and they were so kind and had me drive right in, to which they fixed a silly problem in my tire wheel and read the error code and told me it was absolutely fine to drive back to Boston. They did all of this with such kindness, humor, and without charging me; which, especially as a young woman who knows next to nothing about cars, is both so relieving and helpful. Could not recommend more! Great experience.”
“Was very worried about my older car being loud while driving. I first just tried to ordered the highest mile complete package to just do everything because I was so unsure. Bob offered to just have me bring it in to look it over then decide. We fixed the initial issue and he found a couple critical more. He didn’t do a thing until I gave the go ahead and I had me car back in no time! She sounds so good and I feel so safe! The prices were reasonable and the staff was amazing. Thanks for all your help!”
“The problems I had today at Sullivan, Portsmouth were not the fault of Sullivan. The professionalism and courtesy were emblematic of what I required of my own staff when in the same business. While the appointment took longer than expected, this is common on a Monday morning. Josh, and team should be trainers for how to perform customer service, even when the result is not what the customer was hoping for. Also, while some things were outdated (work permit in window expired in 2018, and the Bruins season has ended but schedules were still out), the waiting room was spacious, bathroom and area were clean, grounds outside also very clean. We'll be back with our whole family "fleet". If I had to find anything wrong, it would be difficult, but I'd suggest a customer coffee maker from this century.”

“I stopped by to schedule an oil change and they got me right in. It was refreshing to go somewhere knowing they were doing the full check. They took the time to show me my air and cabin filters and that they needed to be changed out with no pressure. They definitely did a full inspection and made sure my car was in good shape and gave me some advice going forward on things to keep an eye on. I will definitely be going back here.”

“I regularly go to the Walmart Auto Center for oil changes and tire service and are very happy with thier service. The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. They not only do the service I came for, but will offer information as to issues they might find. For instance, some of the tires I prefer are not stocked by the Walmart centers, so I purchase the tires on the Walmart website (provided by independent suppliers) and have them shipped at no charge to the store. On one occasion, the sales associate pointed out that the tires' date codes were beyond the industry recommended useable life (not Walmart's fault) and that they would refund my money in full, so I could reorder. Walmart prices are usually unbeatable and their service charges are well below the average of other providers. They work on a first come first serve basis and are they are very timely (unless of course you arrive during peak hours). ....and will usually be notified your car is ready before you finish your Walmart shopping experience. “wasn’t able to get my tires here because they are in high demand and their supplier was unable to fufil the order for the specific tires I needed but the guy working behind the counter was super super helpful and made sure everything was good before I ordered my tires, he even called me on his day off to let me know the situation with the supplier. The prices are super competitive I wish I was able to get the tires I needed here but maybe next time. Shoutout to Corbin he was super professional and helpful”
