The jeans are comfortable, and the store is neat, however the service is terrible. The woman who rang us up was really abrasive. She was rude from the start, and then she freaked out on my husband when he asked if the jeans he was purchasing were on sale. I worked retail for years, and I would never talk to a customer like that.

Great clothes. However terrible service. The 3 females at the register were sitting on phones. A shirt I really wanted, had makeup stain on it and it was the only one in that size. The woman refused to give me a discount on a damaged shirt. She was very rude about it and matter of fact. They also said they can’t buy items in different sizes for customer. Yikes

I drove an hour to get here today. It’s now noon and still the store is closed. I’m beyond angry.

Drove there almost an hour on a Saturday and they were closed, no sign on the door etc. all other businesses were open. They were the only store closed in the kittery outlet center. I was surprised that for such high end clothing they would be more customer centric.

Kind of annoyed that I drove all the way up here to find out they're closed when online it says they're open until 6. No sign on the door either. I understand stores are closed due to covid but with many stores still open at least update the hours online, especially when the plaza itself is open.

Drove 30 mins here only to find out it was closed. Google and Facebook both list it as being open until 6 so I don't know what is going on. I know many stores are closed due to the virus but with the plaza it's in being mostly open, at least post accurate updated hours. No sign on the door either.

False advertisement of hours on Google and on the store front. Drove an hour to shop, disappointed to wait till 12:10 for someone to come to the door. Had to call corporate to get a response. Won't be shopping at this location again. Sign on store front reads "effective March 16th hours are 12:00pm - 6:00pm" please update for your customers.
