Bought a pair of jeans and they charged full retails price of around $70. Can buy exactly the same online for $40. Won’t be doing that again! Still a Levi’s fan but def not outlet store.

Absolutely the worst Levi’s outlet store I’ve ever been to, staff is rude and uncooperative. Bought two identical pair of pants same tags same size one was correct and one was not even close when I went to return them because I took the tag off the second pair to wear them for the day, they said they would not take them back even though the tag was wrong they were not the same size I couldn’t even button them. The first pair I wore fit perfectly. The second identical pair was tagged wrong by the factory highly recommend you do not go to the store.

I had to order a pair of Levi's that they didn't have in the size I wanted. I got them fast, but decided I wanted a different color. They were so kind and helpful, especially the woman, who showed me other colors and even pulled them for me. Thank you so much. You never know when someone needs kindness.

Everybody has a bad day sometimes, so I'll chalk it up that way. I went to get some jeans for my daughter recently, and the store didn't have what I was looking for. I asked if they were sold out or maybe had some in the back and the answer I got was "I don't know. Probably not. You can order those online anytime." It would have been nice if somebody would have gone to check but the young lady at checkout didn't seem to want to be bothered. Maybe she was having a bad day. I hope the day after was better for her.
