Cole is the main reason we chose this facility. He is the epitome of customer service. When we were making our choice, he was patient. On the day of our move, we realized we needed a smaller unit and he found one for us. We’ve been customers for almost a year now and he’s always friendly and welcoming. The building is safe, it’s always clean and easy to get to our unit via elevator or stairs. Also like knowing we can store art there, due to humidity control. Highly recommend!

A beautifully kept, neat clean facility. the staff is incredible, really helpful. Climate control and room for our items were "musts" for us and Kittery storage Solutions exceeded our goal. Highly recommend this facility.

The building and storage unit is very nice and that’s why I’m giving it 2 stars. The staff has potential there is a very nice lady that works in the office, but beside her theres this man who is acting very hectic and gives attitude it really doesn’t make sense why - for example he was mad that he had to do his job and help me with stuff giving grunt noises when I asked for help but it’s not once it’s every time my wife and I go in.

Awesome facility, climate controlled, clean, easy to access and moving carts available right at all the entrances. And the staff are amazing, Cole has been so helpful!

I am grateful I do t have to worry about my personal items being damaged, stolen, rodent damage… NOTHJNG! It is very secure, climate controlled and Cole & Laura are always so helpful and friendly! They also have many different events during the year incorporating local small businesses and do a lot for the community…. In short-Kittery Stirage Aolutions is the only way to go! Carole

Very pleasant and informed staff. Sign up is straightforward and everything is explained very well. The facility is super clean and well maintained. No qualms about having items stored plus easy 24hr access when needed. Mobile app very convenient.

If you are planning to use this company make sure you give them your proper email and contact info. Otherwise they will continue to send your information, including personal address and storage facility access codes. I have never done business with them but over the last couple months have continued to email information about someone else's account even after I have reached out to them multiple times to let them know the error. I have received receipts that show the customers info and all of the access info needed to get in the facility. I get that errors and typos happen but after reaching out to The Storage Solutions multiple times I still receive emails.

Facility is new, clean and well maintained. Truck available to help with move in, and plenty of dollies to move stuff around inside. Climate control was flawless. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.Best storage facility I've ever rented in, hands down.

They ask for ten days notice before you leave. We gave them over three weeks. They continued to automatically charge us after we moved out anyways. When we let them know they had been mistakenly charging us and kindly asked for them to return the money for services not ordered, they mocked us told us that they didn't care and that they never issue refunds for any reason. They told us to have fun issuing a chargeback on our credit card.Awful, corrupt business with meanspirited employees. Stay far away.
