He was very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable about his products. We purchased a Royal Teak table and chairs that day and picked them up later in the week as planned. “Came in on a Sunday afternoon and found the store to be stocked fairly well. It's an outlet so your luck depends on the day. Keep in mind that many of the goods like plates, glasses, and cooking tools are priced the same as in the retail stores. Given that there doesn't seem to be a retail store north of the ones in Boston, this was probably done to fulfill these customer needs without the need of paying for shipping to say, Portland or further north. I was told that they have occasional category sales, like glassware. During my visit it happened to be 50% off all rugs. Besides this, the bulk of your deals will be final sale furniture, which seems to be primarily floor models, returns, or damaged items. Damage varies greatly, from a few tiny chips to major finish damage and missing parts. Pieces are priced accordingly and are marked down 10% each week they remain on the floor. I found the staff very friendly and accommodating. A bench I was eyeing was priced lower online and after confirming this on their system, they sold it to me at that price instead”
