Cole Hann Kittery has an awesome staff member--going above and beyond with customer service. I was returning a purchase from their on-line site. The store had just gone to a new payment system, and it wasn't making the credit easy. After a call to techs in NY and Canada who werenknowledgable and patient, the staff member was able to credit me my total purchase. So sorry that I didn't get his name! Not only does CH have quality products but also great customer service.

Not really pleased with this company. I was double charged. Settled that. My order was $190. A week goes by and the same boot was over $40 cheaper. Almost every week after that, this same boot dropped down to $77. I dropped them an email about matching their sale price(this was the first time boot was discounted) and they reimbursed me $42. That's great but they are definitely ripping off shoppers that pay full price then weekly discount the same product. They need to match every sale on products already purchased, say 90 days purchased prior to sale amount.

So no one can deny that Cole Haan has an amazing product and who doesn’t love an outlet store....What I didn’t love was literally not ONE person acknowledging my presence when I walked in around 5:40pm this Sunday—no one said hello, no one asked if they could help, no one even made eye contact with me. All they ever said (in my general direction) was VERY loudly proclaiming that they were planning on closing out and made a very dramatic point of throwing around the change while counting it in the cash register (it was about 5:50 then, they close at 6 and I had all my purchases picked out—with no help from them). I was originally planning on buying three pairs of shoes and after all of that hostile behavior I ended up just walking out. I have spent hundreds of dollars at that store and they were a main go to for me, but after that I will not be returningq

I went into this outlet a few times this week to find new shoes, I'm a big fan of the brand. We were greeted and asked if we needed help every time. Store is clean and everything is well laid out. Salespeople helped me to look for a size I needed in other stores. I was helped and given advice at the register for how to get discounts in the future and care for my new shoes. Ramona is absolutely amazing!! She helped me so much and I'm so excited for my new shoes because of her help. Will definitely be back, there is no substitute for great customer service and nice people willing to go the extra mile!

My wife and I went in looking for a nice pair of dress shoes for myself. I haven't had to purchase shoes in quite some time, making for what could be a stressful day. We walked in, and were pleasantly greeted immediately by an associate. I made my way to the wing tips, which is what I was looking for. As I looked around, and tried shoes on, I felt no pressure what so ever. When I found the shoe I wanted, there was an "employee" near by to answer ALL of my questions. This individual was very knowledgeable in quality men's shoes. Prices were very good, and they have a pretty good selection. The reason I would recommend this store, and company to all, is due to the excellent customer service my wife and I received from the entire staff. It turns out that the"employee" that took the time to deal with a finicky consumer, was actually the District Manager who was there helping out. A huge THANK YOU to Jeff for restoring my belief in mankind and honest salesmanship !!!
