First time in Coastal but certainly not my last. I'm in town frequently for work and have to say one the better gyms I have visited. Clean tons of equipment and plenty of dumbbells. Never had to wait.

I've been going to Coastal Fitness on-and-off for years, and consistently (3x a week) for the past year-plus. Jill's Core and Ripped classes are 100% worth the membership alone, but it's also such a great community of people. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Great gym with many options from basic membership through various classes and solo instruction too. Good equipment and plenty of space for floor workouts and stretching. Great age range and lots of smiles!

Cleanest gym in the Seacoast area. Always bringing in new equipment for open gym use. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff and members as well!

Super clean facility. Wicked kind, helpfull, professional staff. Incredible amount of well- maintained equipment. Tons of challenging fitness classes to choose from. Tons of convenient parking. Reasonably priced membership fees.

Switched from Planet Fitness to Costal! It's very clean, nice open space, and lots of good people! Definitely recommended and the sauna is a plus!

Since the new owner has taken over the base monthly fee doubled, the hours of operation have been cut on the weekends - it closes at 2pm! An offer of a one-time fee for a key fob allowed members more access, but then they decided to charge a monthly fee for the fob. And now the gym is charging for the use of their lockers. Seriously, Coastal?!? This owner really knows how to nickel and dime their members.

The group classes are the only reason I have gotten into the physical shape I have been striving for. The instructors are great - they make it fun, they're always friendly, helpful, and push you to do your best. I love coming here and it's always a positive experience along with always being so clean! My favorite classes include: Booty & Core with Grace, Ripped with Brooke, HIIT/Machine Mashup/Core45 with Jill! These girls are the best :)

I've been bodybuilding for 17 years and this is by far the best gym I've ever been to. The staff is absolutely amazing the equipment again is amazing and everything is extremely clean which is very nice. There is not one negative thing I can say about Coastal Fitness I absolutely love it.

A great gym! Clean and well maintained. A ton of equipment and very spacious, including a group fitness studio and a functional training area. A one week visitor pass is only $40.
