First time in Coastal but certainly not my last. I'm in town frequently for work and have to say one the better gyms I have visited. Clean tons of equipment and plenty of dumbbells. Never had to wait.

A great place to workout with a great community of people. Friendly staff, trainers and other gym members. The space is clean and well maintained.

Clean, nice people. I like that the sauna, Hydro, massage, and tanning beds are included in the base price.
