So this places charges $180 per hour which is almost double other local garages I go to. While an increase in cost is expected on foreign cars apparently these guys think they should make more than our congressmen. When they call you with a quote they will then charge you 20% more upon arrival to pickup your vehicle. This is a trick used car salesmen use because people are less likely to argue then. I would not recommend this garage. In addition this garage will not do anything for you to help out costs. Thats why they like the Greman cars I guess cause thats how they act. Eastern auto in Greenland is better and cheaper.

Overall, Autoworks personnel were friendly and did a good job getting my car back on the road. I’ve driven my car for a week since I got service at Autoworks and have had no issues. I plan to use Autoworks in the future.

Over and above the call of duty. I own a 1983 Porsche 911SC. The car needs a top end engine rebuild because of a nasty leak of oil onto the manifold. Auotworks offered to give it a shot and upon inspection, they determined it was something beyond their level of expertise. While the car was in their possession for approximately 10 days, they were kind enough to store it in one of their garages on the lot to protect it from the elements. They saw the value and beauty of the auto, offering the garage when they didn't have to.
The story has a good ending. I did find a shop in Dover that specializes in this vintage Porsche and will be repaired soon. Thank you Autoworks for going above the call of duty.

Extremely expensive.
Got quoted $800 for a rear rotors and pads replacement.
($100 for a 30 min inspection, $350 for parts and $350 for labor)
I could go to Autozone and buy the same parts for $150 and brake replacement takes roughly 2 hours so these guys are charging $180/hr which is wild.
I was quoted $500 from the dealership and $350 from another local shop. Imagine being more expensive than a dealership.
Unless you love to burn money I’d avoid and find an equally as good but significantly cheaper shop in the area.

As usual my visit to your shop was pleasant and you provided me with transportation home and back to the shop while a full days work was completed on my Jeep.
