The man in his late 50s or 60s actually pounded my envelope with his FIST when I politely requested if I could have the envelope (fancy card with somewhat of a dimensional quality) hand-canceled. My mouth fell open and he did it again. Over a week later and card hasn't been received 20 miles away. WTAF. I didn't act jerky or anything. Does KPORT location offer anger management classes???

The staff refuses to answer the phone. They won’t answer the phone anytime of the day or any day that you call.

One of the hardest things to do is get your package in the morning. I’ve waited 4 hours waiting for them to unload knowing that they’ve got my package on the shelf ready to pick up, but they roll their eyes, go to the back, and see it, then say, “hmmm must be not here yet.” It’s so frustrating since I work full time in South Portland and don’t have time to pick it up. Not sure what’s with the schedule change either. It used to be open from 8am- 5pm some days even 5:30pm. Some packages are needed for my work, and I can’t get them in time.

I don’t understand why I can’t get my package after it has been delivered to the facility. It’s getting really irritating and lazy. Every-time I ask for my package some will roll their eyes, sigh, then go and grab my package, come back with my saying thank you and them saying nothing and walking away. I’ll usually get my yellow package card a couple hours after my package arrives, but nothing, and I’m still waiting, when most of the time, I’ll get my package before that. I’m not trying to seem rude, but this’s getting out of hand.

I've called the Kennebunkport Post Office for WEEKS and no one ever answers. I work fulltime and can't get there when the window is open and lost my key for my PO Box, so I can't retrieve mail. I wish someone would answer the phone just once!

This Post Office has gone rapidly downhill since Chris left. Lost packages, disorganized, dirty, and the man who runs the counter is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I cringe when I have to go to the window because I know I will be the next victim of his "always having a bad day" aggressive tone and attitude. It's simply awful - enough so that there is really no way that the PO doesn't know it is going on - and he is still there! Simply shameful.

The problems never end. Would like to confirm if our forwarding mail is now working. Our box is taped up and no one answers the phone been calling for days, hours at a time.Always other people’s mail in our PO Box despite our constant requests to stop it.

Never answer the phone. The lobby is filthy. I don't want to deal with them as much as they don't want to deal with me..unfortunately sometimes it's necessary...but always frustrating

We consistently receive mail that doesn't belong to us for houses no where near us. It's a known issue in Kennebunkport that they don't seem able or don't want to fix. Who knows what mail hasn't been delivered to us. Someone mailed us a package and it never came and we weren't even surprised. People at the window are nice and do a good job but all the rest is nonsense.

PO Box lobby isn’t 24/7
