Dont be fooled by low prices on the internet. Drove 5 hours expecting to pay $200 for the night. The Inn double charged us after check out and would not refund. Total cost $425.00 USA for one night. Im not one to leave negative reviews; WON'T see you next time.Rooms: Rooms were ok. Not the cleanest. Mould above shower. 2 minutes with a knife and caulking gun could fix that.Walkability: Close to the water. Was cold out.Food & drinks: Nice little restaurant, bar area. Ladies in there seemed to be nice. Local music was great!Noteworthy details: Hold your visa tight, or the fees will accumulate quickly without correction.

Room was not clean, especially bathroom, and outdated. Had a beautiful fire place but had no way to adjust flame and it got extremely hot so we couldnt even enjoy. Was very misled with pricing and ended up paying double what we were expecting. They also overcharged us for items/package we didnt request. Was definitely not worth the price. Will not be returning.

We stayed at the Inn for three nights in July. We had two rooms on the Dock Square side of the Inn. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We did not mind the "older feel" of the Inn. However, I am hopeful they will update the plugs, bathrooms, and other small items like better lamps and lighting. Our TV area had a ton of extension cords that worried me a little about a fire hazard. The other part of the Inn is updated, and it would be in their interest to do that in this part. The bathrooms are VERY outdated and old.Outside of that, we all loved it so much. The location was perfect; we loved letting our teens run around without worry. We loved having a cocktail every night down at the bar. A big shout-out to Stacey. She was amazing and stayed open a little late when she saw us coming in from dinner so we could have a drink. The staff was always able to help and point you in any direction. We never ate breakfast because it seemed a little lacking, but we loved the little coffee house down the street and got breakfast there in the mornings. We loved the bikes and being able to go to the other properties. We biked to one of the properties for the kids to use the pool. Super fun and easy.I would stay here again for sure!

Perfect spot for walks, shopping and dining. Short trip for business but great little bar at the hotel and breakfast is complimentary.

Got some time off from work and came up to Kennebunkport and went here to check out their restaurant. It's a hotel but, I had their fried chicken sandwich which was delicious!!!

It was both good and bad. First the good. The people who work there are exceptionally nice and helpful. The common area aspects are interesting and generally nice. The location is exceptional. Secondly the bad. The rooms are not as nice as they represented them to be. Our room which was supposed to be luxury had dated furniture. It was not nearly as large as they indicated. Moreover there was actually wallpaper peeling off the wall. The complimentary breakfast was sparse at best. The restaurants happened it to be closed even though they're indicated as being open. It's so to the bar. Moreover the food was not all that great. And the wine selection was not good. The bottom line it was not worth what it cost.

We just spent a 3-night stay and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff was very responsive to my wife and I. Our first winter visit to "the Port" was a fantastic experience and while there we had a fleeting snow-storm, which the staff of KPI was on top of as far as snow removal on walks and stairs. We can't wait until February 2024 to return. Brian

We are loyal customers of this hospitality empire's hotels and restaurants, including the on-site Burleigh here. And we had stayed here once before with our daughter and it was fine. However, our latest stay turned me off of this property. We had paid $193.65, instead of $169, for a package that expressly includes a $50 dining credit.Imagine my surprise when the final bill I received was $193.65 with $50 added for that dining credit. Why would I have paid an extra $74.65 for a $50 dining credit? Obviously I would have gone for the $169 rate instead. I couldn't get the front desk clerk, who seemed very nice, to explain this.It was a disappointing conclusion to a stay that also included an old bed that sagged in the middle. There is a line between historic charm/eccentricity and decrepitude, and our latest room crossed it, quite apart from the overcharge.

We stayed in the Dock Square, queen queen room. The room was clean, needs a little updating but otherwise comfortable. We ate dinner both nights of our stay at the Inn and the food was excellent. The complimentary continental breakfast was okay, needs another coffee urn as it was out when we tried to access it, food was basic. The staff at the Inn were very friendly, shout out to the front desk staff Nicco who went out of his way to ensure our stay was exceptional. We will definitely visit again.

Kennebunkport Inn during the off season is super cozy, the professional decor is spot on old school nautical, our room, 302, was clean and comfortable. Bonus points for the double shower head to wake up to on a cold morning! The continental breakfast and room service are life savers especially when the rest of town is closed for season. We’ll be back!

The night before our arrival, a staff member assisted me with upgrading our room via text. She also helped me book our dinner rezie at The Burleigh. So convenient! I’m so glad we upgraded, because the Hackenberg Suite was perfect! We loved the Prosecco and cookies awaiting our arrival once we entered the room. I also enjoyed reading the local Maine books displayed throughout the room. And the gorgeous recently renovated bathroom suite was stunning. Dinner was delicious and the pianist was terrific. We enjoyed being right in the heart of town; where we were able to walk everywhere. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!Walkability: Right in the heart of town!
