Kennebunk Subway is the worst! Maybe they should train their staff better or replace them, I don't know. Ordered a BLT Salad and got bacon, lettuce and tomato in a bowl! No cukes, no spinach, no green peppers, no onions and no black olives, ad advertised. Tried calling repeatedly and of course nobody would pick up the damn phone. Like I expected some sort in of customer service! Closer to Sanford. They will get my business from now on!

Google maps says it's in the same building as the Domino's, but it's actually in the Dunkin building. Difficult to find because of this but otherwise a good experience, the churro was cold though.

Giving 1 star for the owner of this franchise. You should be ashamed of yourself, I order from this location almost once a week for lunch. Today this poor girl was working BY HERSELF customers were being patient, but the poor girl was beyond stressed rightfully so. She was trying to call people while she was making lunch for customers. Get out from behind your desk or put down the golf clubs and help the people that help you make thousands of dollars!!! With out her you will have no one.

Only one employee doing a fantastic jobWe ordered 5 sandwiches on line. Ready at 1 40. Arrived at 1 45. We left at 2 20. Where was the owner, manager? You are lucky to have an employee like her. Sorry, I did not get her name. The sandwiches were not made to order, running out of everything. When we left she only had 5 loaves of bread left. No bacon, no roast beef. My sister went in to pick up two salads and had to have them remade with the dressing on the side and she had asked for extra dressing and dressing was barely given also there was barely any lettuce in them after they were remade.I am a manager for a subway in Massachusetts and I was shocked at to what was in my salad definitely not following formulas

Wasn’t busy, I was minding my own business in no rush just waiting for my mobile order. Could barely hear the woman behind the counter. She gave me a bunch of attitude for no reason. Super rude for absolutely no reason.

Typical Subway. Better staffed than most and they operate like a well oiled machine. Very efficient. Happy to see them care about sanitation by separating making subs and handling cash.

I more than wish I could give subway in Kennebunk negative stars. Definitely would if I could. They are the biggest pieces of crap, I did a Uber eats today there and when I got there the order was ready which was great, but the receipt that was stapled to it was covered in brown guacamole or avocado or maybe a substance that I am unaware of. So of course obviously I went up to the front counter to let them know and I asked kindly for a new receipt as I knew the customer was not going to like this disgusting mess Spread all over the receipt. First of all it is disgusting and second of all totally unprofessional for the employee to even think that was OK to put on the rack to be picked up in the first place. When I asked for a new receipt I got attitude from the woman and I use those words loosely I would not even like to call or a woman but I have to keep this PG obviously. She shook her head and rolled her eyes when I asked for the receipt and walked away so the young man that was there helped me and he was very kind. He got me a new receipt and I said thank you so much and as soon as he walked back over to help with the line that they were serving she mumbled under her breath but I was stupid and shook her head and then saw me that I was still there and stopped and said just wait. I knew she was waiting for me to leave so she could talk crap as soon as I left the door clearly. Absolutely disgusting service and even worse the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone when my mom called to complain and he said yeah that happens almost with a chuckle. That was not the problem about there being a mess on the receipt but it is not a hard thing to fix that mistake without being rude and it was not much at all for me to ask them to make a new receipt for me. I will never go back to this location to eat or do any door dash or any food delivery services. Shame on Kennebunk subway you guys are disgusting!

I needed to order a 3 foot sub for a small party and could not reach this subway by phone. I had questions about an online order and wanted to order personally. Luke was there to explain and take my order. He offered a way to even make the sub better for everyone. When I needed it was waiting and perfect. I would be happy to place an order with Luke again.

The four workers I have seen working have all done an amazing job. All of them are kind and friendly and make a solid sandwich. For any negative reviews, you have to remember everyone is human and no one is going to be 10/10 happy and smiling everyday all day, I have seen nothing but professionalism and great customer service from these four workers at this location!
