Unbelievably happy with my experience at this location. Jessica Cook set me up. She swept out the unit so it is perfectly clean. Weird that I was so happy to pay for 5 months and left completely satisfied.Will be back year after year.

We’ve been here for a few years. The prices have gone up accordingly to inflation but the facility is spotless.Jessica notified us recently that our unit wasn’t secured properly (forgot to tighten latch). I can’t thank her enough for being vigilant about security and notifying us as soon as she could! Thank you Jessica!

Absolutely the best storage place in the whole state of Maine. The rates are affordable and the staff is very friendly. Can't beat a new & clean facility and convenient location on route one.

This is a wonderfully clean and well-kept facility. Jessica is amazing to work with. I highly recommend Route 1 Safe Storage in Kennebunk! I currently have two units there and the place is very safe and very clean. The staff is amazing, especially Jessica! They are very responsive to all communication and even go out of the way to call when we forget to close the lock all the way.

Our family moved from Miami to Maine last year to attend The Landing School for Marine Systems and Yacht Design. Route 1 Safe Storage has been absolutely outstanding. Friendly service, clean units, well lit hallways, excellent carts, a well kept bathroom and a large drive in space with a rolling door. I have brought our baby here with ease, on many trips to our unit. We have installed shelves from Home Depot for organization and could not be more happy. Over the summer, as the owner of the cottage lists on Airbnb, we rented a second unit! When it was time to close out this smaller unit, the process was seamless. Thank you Route 1 Storage, you are the best! ?????

We would like to take this opportunity to Thank Jennifer at Rt 1 Safe Storage in Kennebunk, ME for her attentiveness in noticing that our unit was not locked properly. She alerted us immediately once she saw that we had not secured our lock.It is not typical today, unfortunately, to have such conscientious employees. Too many people barely do the basics snd Jennifer exemplifies the Best Practices.Thank you, Jennifer!!

I'm in pharmaceutical sales, and over the years have worked with various storage facilities. There are a lot of corporate requirements when selecting a facility: it must be climate controlled and have secure access. This particular facility meets these requirements and goes beyond: the staff - Julie - has been so great to work with; I always receive prompt replies whenever I might call or email. The facility itself is the nicest, too - of course it is new, but the design is great. For instance, one can drive into the garage in bad weather, making it much nicer to load the car. So cool! Highly Recommend.
