“Dealing with Portland Mattress was easy. We selected the mattress we liked best. Then we arranged delivery. The plan was for them to remove our old bedding, but due to structural issue, they couldn't get the box spring out. The delivery folks suggested cutting it up and then they would pick it up at a later date. We have done just that.”
