Great rooms, great location, and friendly service. Warning to people with mobility issues: make sure you get a ground floor room as access to the second and third floors is via stairs. In our specific room, we really enjoyed the double shower cave with Jacuzzi tub. What a great way to clean up and relax after a long day of exploring Kennebunkport.Rooms: Comfortable bed, hot water, and awesome shower cave.Walkability: Very close to shops, restaurants, and cute scenery around the town.

The Kings Port Inn was our "home base" for two nights as we explored Kennebunkport and surrounding towns. The staff are very nice and welcoming. Our first room 203 was wonderful overlooking the town but the shower had a water leak and they promptly moved us to another unit. Overall the property is very well maintained and clean. This is a great location to walk to everything while you are in Kennebunkport, just park your car and enjoy. This has to be one of the better values in the area. Highly recommended!

We had a really nice last minute stay at the King's Port Inn. Great location right across the street from the grocery store that opens at 6 am. Very nice room with kickin' AC unit and amenities. Jacuzzi tub in the large shower room was an extra bonus. Would highly recommend this for anyone staying in KPT. Oh and nice price, too.Rooms: Clean and well-equipped.Walkability: Perfect location in town.

This was our first stop on our trip driving up the coast of Maine. The best first decision I made was booking this hotel. First, the price is fair. It isn't cheap, but compared to others in the same general area, it is a total bargain. The room was great! Really clean and neat. Spacious. Great water pressure. Very comfortable. My wife and I loved the staff. From the people at the front office to the housekeeping staff, they were all wonderful. So nice and helpful with anything that we needed. Special thanks goes to Linda for our breakfast. What a wonderful woman who is so nice and caring. We enjoyed speaking to her and getting to know her. Her waffles were sooooo good. Add the fresh blueberries with whipped cream and powdered sugar and you have a breakfast to die for. Love having them cooked to order. The location is also prime. Right on the main drag of Kennebunkport. Park your car for free and walk, within a minute of downtown. Loved this place!

We once again chose this hotel for our evening's lodging because of its relatively high quality/price ratio and convenient location. This is not a chain, but a family-owned and operated hotel. This year we chose a second floor premium king which suited our needs perfectly. The staff continues to be both accommodating and friendly. The included breakfast has not changed since our last visit so we once to enjoy the offered coffee, juice and yogurt with fruit while purchasing breakfast pastries to go from the bakery located directly across the street.

We stayed here for about five days in June 2023 and it was perfect. If you are looking for fancy and frills, this is probably not the place for you. It is an old inn, but you wouldnt guess by how clean it is. We found it perfect. It was super clean. Honestly have never been in such a clean hotel room. It was very close to the main shopping area and within walking distance to just about everything. There is a coffee house and Irish pub right across the street. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We got the King room with no jacuzzi and we were perfectly comfortable. It was nuce to park 10 feet from our room. Made unloading the car easy. Bathroom is a tad small, but I liked the vanity being outside the bathroom. My husband could shave while I showered without dealing with a steamy mirror. Price was definitely within budget. Continental breakfast is pretty basic. No meat, but the will make you waffles. They also have bagels, english muffins and fruit. They have a 'help yourself' cappucino machine you can access all day long. If we go back, we are definitely staying here again. Bonus: It is family owned and not a corporate entity. All employees seemed very happy to work there. .Walkability: Very close proximity to almost everything.

Perfect location for walking to so many places, the only reason we drove was the rain. Yummy breakfasts and the king jacuzzi suite made the vacation. The rooms are plenty comfortable, but the bathroom was amazing! Very friendly employees. We would definitely stay here again. This was the perfect place to spend our 20th wedding anniversary.Walkability: You could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants

This hotel is ok. It’s no frills, outdated, but if you want an old school coastal hotel then this is it. The room was clean and adequate. The location is a bit odd, right in the middle of Kennebunkport, a bit of a walk to water, nothing interesting to look at out the window. The parking lot is very weird and difficult to get in and out of. Price wise it was standard for the area. The continental breakfast advised was coffee, small muffins, and fruit that tasted like it had turned. They also will make you a waffle if you ask but I saw one person order it and it was burnt. Across the street is a French bakery called Mornings in Paris and that place served great breakfast.

Really did love this cute place in the heart of Kennebunkport. The people behind the desk were very friendly and the room had everything we needed though I would suggest some USB ports. It looks like they're updating their rooms as our headboard appeared brand new as did the cute ceiling. I love the light that comes in from the French door and the big window next to it as well as a window in the back of the room--you just don't see that very often. They just got a new fabulous coffee machine that makes cappuccino, espresso, and flavors as well. Yum, every hotel should have this. If we were coming back to Kennebunkport I would not hesitate to stay here and the price was excellent with free parking.

Room had no dressers or adequate storage for clothes. Need updates except for the new bathroom. Don’t understand why they put in a vanity instead of a longer counter. Noise of other guests in the parking lot lare at night. Breakfast was very limited. The only fresh fruit was watermelon every day.Nice location but probably won’t return.

We didn't stay at the King's Port Inn during our visit to Kennebunkport but we did park here in their paid lot. We had a heck of a time finding parking in the area and probably spent about a half hour driving around before we noticed a sign out on this lot for paid parking. If I remember correctly it was $25 to park and well worth it for the day and the experience seeing Kennebunkport for the first time. Keep this tip in mind if your visiting this great New England town during a busy weekend.

Second trip to the Kings Port, and we loved it. Stayed in one of the King Jacuzzi rooms, which are amazing! We had a lovely view down the street to see the Christmas lights at night. The women at the front desk is so kind and friendly! Gave me some great dinner recommendations for next time, which there certainly will be. Great location to walk around the town. Love it!
