Warning to people with mobility issues: make sure you get a ground floor room as access to the second and third floors is via stairs.In our specific room, we really enjoyed the double shower cave with Jacuzzi tub. What a great way to clean up and relax after a long day of exploring Kennebunkport.Rooms: Comfortable bed, hot water, and awesome shower cave.Walkability: Very close to shops, restaurants, and cute scenery around the town.”

“A real piece of timeless New England Americana, quiet and quaint, yet so close & convenient to I-95 and great value for money. Longish walk or short drive to taverns, and just up the street is the Eastern Trail which is great for off-road cycling or running. 5 minute walk in opposite direction is a minimart with great selection of craft beers & wines.There’s a pool, bbq and picnic area, plenty of parking, and breakfast included.”

“No frills hotel. Clean & has all you need for your stay. Grounds are beautiful & location is excellent. Only about 1/2 mi walk to the beach and 1/2 mile walk into town. It was wonderful not having to worry about parking in town. We stayed in the main building on the second floor. Note there are NO elevators so you must be able to carry your bag upstairs. Bed was comfortable, could have used fluffier pillows they were a bit flat. Coffee, tea & hot chocolate were available in the morning. We would stay here again.”

“First of all great location, great room, clean. If you are visiting the area, it has one of the few public restrooms avilable if you are doing the Christmas events in the area. The hotel is in a beautiful location.”

“I had the pleasure of staying at this quaint New England style inn long term being a travel nurse. Yes the hot water takes a bit to reach the rooms but plenty of hot water and water pressure was great. I stayed in a king suite very roomy and comfortable. All of the staff is very accommodating and helpful. The housekeeper does an amazing job and goes above and beyond to ensure you stay stocked with all you need for your stay never allowing you to run out of anything. Very clean rooms and common areas. It is an old Inn so you do have some creaky stairs as they wood but it is a very home feel away from home. Beds are absolutely the best. I definitely recommend of course it’s not the Hilton but the staff make it better then the Hilton.Rooms: Spacious with comfy beds great WiFiSafety: Even though the back doors are not locked at night being a single female traveling alone I never once felt unsafe or uneasy. The area is clean and quiet and beautiful.”
“Great bed & breakfast. The innkeepers, Harriet and Erin are extremely friendly. Very down to earth and welcoming. House very well maintained and cozy and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and tremendously filling as well. Definitely recommend it and will be back!”
