The BEST place to buy a scooter, hands down. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The process of purchasing a scooter was so easy. We came in from out of town and Bill, the owner, was so amazing to work with. We’ve had our scooter for a little while now and love it! My wife and I purchased 2 mopeds from Harbor Village Scooter on July 3rd. The service there was great. Our salesman, Bill, was very polite and knowledgeable. When we purchased them, we had our 2 teenage children with us. Bill asked if the kids would be riding them also. I told him they probably would. Bill and I drove the mopeds down behind their shop to a parking lot and he walked all of us through both mopeds. He took the time to go over all the functions of each moped. My wife and kids had never ridden one before. He had them practice starting and stopping, turning and panic breaking. He talked about rules of the road, wearing a helmet and some of the reasons the moped may not start, such as leaving the kickstand down. We really appreciated Bill taking the time with our family. If you are in the market for a moped/scooter stop into Harbor Village Scooter and just ask for Bill, you won't be disappointed.

My daughter bought her first vehicle ever here yup it was a scooter. The owner told her before he would let her leave with it he would show her how to ride safely and balance (she's a uncoordinated teen trust me it's needed) it had been a few weeks as we were waiting for her color to ship in when it arrived I figured he would forget HE DID NOT he took time to teach her and how to be safe on it.That to me is a solid business owner I would highly recommend him. He was kind honest and straight forward that is hard to find in a salesmen. Highly suggest this company!!!!!!And to the owner thank you for all you did today

Where do I even begin, the experience I had at Harbor Village was beyond amazing. The oner and staff were incredibly nice and helpful. There were able to answer all my questions and get me my perfect scooter (the wolf islander in sea foam). As a added pluss when I went to pick up my scooter the owner took the time to give me base line lessons on my moped and how to operate it. I can't stress enough how helpful this is as a first time rider I feel much more comfortable on my bike now then I did when I first went to see it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!!!!

Bought two scooters from Bill last week and I could not have asked for a better experience. He did a great job explaining everything we would need and the customer service at the shop is some of the best I have ever seen. If anyone is on the fence about buying a new scooter, you need to come down here and talk to Bill first.

Had an amazing experience today and Bill was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and full of caring advice. After looking at another shop, we immediately came back and are thrilled with our purchase. He knew we didn’t have a DOT helmet for our little girl and, knowing she would want a ride today, threw one in for her. Can’t recommend highly enough and look forward to getting our scooter trunk in soon! Thanks Bill!

Hands down the best scooter dealer in the state. I purchased three scooters from this company and they have never let me down. I had a minor issue with a new scooter and they fixed it immediately. I will never buy a scooter anywhere else!

We went down to "just look". We left with 2 scooters. The guys were so nice (Nick I think) they let us test drive them no questions asked. Helped us load them and have been excellent with parts and service.

I am not easily impressed but Harbor Village (Bill) are awesome. I have bought 4 scooters from them, and will be visiting them again. Great and knowledgeable staff.. If you are looking for a great ride and even better dealer...check them out
