This Hannaford is smaller but still has a good selection of finer foods but the prices are higher than the Hannaford in Wells and Biddeford. I spend more here than I would shopping at any other nearby Hannaford.

Used self checkout. Was asked to weigh it. Place it on area that indicated it was a scale. ( big scale sign. ). Didn’t work, so I asked for assistance. Store employee said to ignore the sign as it wasn’t a scale. I asked her where the real scale was and she said in front of the scanner. I asked her why it wasn’t marked that it was the real scale. She said she didn’t know. Other customers nearby also were wondering the same.

I got my Flu shot and a shingles shot yesterday. Service was fine and I had to wait a bit, but I expected to have to wait. I have used this store a lot and other than being crowed at time (as expected) service etc has been fine.

Today's food shopping was a treat! Fastest in & out ever! Thankyou for limiting the number of shoppers and having a single line for checkout! Every modification is noticeable and appreciated, helping us and your staff stay well-- from closing the deli to installing plexi shields, to sanitizing carts outdoors.

This location is near my work had to stop and get last minute stuff for dinner. It was nice inside and I was able to find everything I needed glad that this is only eight minutes down the street from my work.

Hannaford Supermarkets used to be good and locally Maine owned (Shop n Save era). But over time this supermarket chain has slowly deteriorated, particularly in customer service, reliability, consistency, and particularly in communication. The decline has been accelerated by international ownership. Meeting the local needs and desires for specific products is gone, along with good customer service since Hannaford was purchased. Products come and go, seemingly at Hannaford's whim. Just about the time I rely on a particular product, it disappears from the shelves with out any explanation from local management. Prices have taken sharp increases and again with no answers from local Hannaford management, who seem to have no say in products or pricing. Apparently every decision comes "down from above." Recently the Kennebunk Hannaford Pharmacy has been even busier than usual, yet upper management decided to cut employee hours. These folks always seem to be working hard, but I guess to a greedy international conglomerate, workers don't matter. I do not like to patronize companies who do not treat employees well.
