I cannot say enough things how nice Pam is at the shop. She has fixed numerous watches and pieces of jewelry and is just the best! Plus the dogs are fun to visit as they are are awesome as she is. 10 stars!!!

I do not recommend this jewelry store, as I went in I was not greeted so I looked around. When the woman came to wait on me , she was pleasant, but quoted me $100 for a lobster claw & a solder.. I took my business elsewhere & the price was $25 & the work was impeccable. Normally I would never give a bad review but I feel I would have been taken advantage of if I didn’t look around. So the point of my review is to always shop around because I feel that their prices are elevated.

Highly recommend. I went to resize a ring and was so appreciative when they told me the resizing was so significant (and could warp the ring) that I should send it back to the origin jeweler. While sad to not get the ring resized right away, I greatly appreciated their honest assessment (and the fact that they didn’t risk the ring’s quality for the sake of a sale). Thank you!!

I brought my wedding set in for repair/to have a couple of stones reset, and I cannot express how happy I am with the result. Pam was wonderful to work with—she explained the process and what was needed, and was very communicative every step of the way. Thank you so much for my beautiful rings!
