Really had high hopes for this salon! I am honestly very disappointed in the services we received. I made this appointment weeks ahead of time( my usual place was remodeling). I told them it would be for myself and my daughters. 2 full sets, and 3 gel pedicures. I am a morning person so the first appointment was perfect! They even offered to start at 8:45AM, which at first I thought was promising. I also thought it was promising because when we arrived for our appointment this past Friday morning it filled right up! They got all 3 of us into our pedi chairs quick, however my youngest daughter who was only getting a pedicure sat there the ENTIRE time while myself and other daughter got ours done. Then after that they moved my youngest to a new chair. I should also mention this was for a wedding we were attending. My youngest who only got a pedicure, hers came out lovely honestly, I don’t have any complaints about the pedicures besides it was just a very disorganized process. Once we got to the tables to do our nails, we both wanted full sets. I had a picture picked out and the color to match the dress I was wearing. I told them I wanted the same thing shape and all, just no heart in the picture. I will put the picture I was referencing in here as well. Also, since when so they not do cuticle work in nail salons anymore?! The process started out well, the shape was looking OK, once she finished shaping, I asked her to make them more round, they were VERY pointy. She got a little upset because she had already done the polish, the French I wanted came out horrible! I have never had such an awful time getting my nails done! The lines aren’t even, they are blotchy and just don’t look appealing. When asked about a tip I asked to have them put it on the card, I always tip in cash however the ATM machine was down at my bank and I didn’t pass another one to get to the salon. When I asked them to add it to the card the said can you Venmo and I said no I don’t have Venmo and then she asked me to go to my ATM and get cash….not happening. I also got cut and hit with the nail trimmed they use and had nail glue and paint on my nails, if I could get a better picture you can also tell that some of the tips she put on are crooked and are to small! Anyways I’m pretty easy going but I was actually embarrassed to show up at a wedding with them. I went home and even tried to fix them a little and if I had the time and money I would have just fixed them before the wedding but we were leaving on Friday to go to it! Let’s just say I will not be returning. First photo is what I wanted and the others is what I needed up with. Not worth what I paid!

I've been going to Nicole at French Nail and Spa for manicures for a while and have always had a great experience each time. I get the dip manicure and it always lasts around 3 weeks. I love French Nail and Spa because the whole team is friendly, professional and they are great at what they do. I suggest making an appointment because wait times, especially in the summer, could be longer, however, they always do their best to fit everyone in!

French Nails is the best in the area! I come up from OGT for dip manicures every 2-3 weeks (the dip would last much longer, my nails just grow quickly). Also get a great eyebrow wax ? Definitely make an appt in the summer season.

HUGE thank you to Nicole! I usually get my nails done elsewhere but since I work locally, it was easier to go on my lunch break. I made an appointment for noon and did not spend any time waiting. I have very short nails right now so I didn't give her a lot to work with but she did an amazing job. I also usually get anxiety when having my nails done; however, not with Nicole. She has a very calming presence that just had me completely relaxed in my chair.She did go at a slower pace than I'm used to, BUT I know that's because she took her time making sure she did a good job and I can appreciate that. Everyone has their own techniques.Thank you, Nicole!

Huge shout out to Nicole. Recently moved to the area and finally took time to get a mani and pedi today, both long overdue. I am insanely ticklish on my feet and while I’ve been getting pedi’s for years, it has never been an enjoyable, relaxing experience for me. This however changed today. This is the first one I’ve had where the foot massage was actually super relaxing. I am usually anxious for it to be over but not this time! So happy I stopped in as it was a real treat for me. To top it off, my nails look Fab and my skin on both my hands feet and legs are so soft and no longer look like the skin of a lizard!! I am not one to post reviews but felt compelled to do so. Thank you Nicole! Job well done and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this establishment.Services: Pedicure
