Top quality product and excellent service! Zenas and Dawn helped us select blinds that met our needs. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when providing samples. The blinds we selected arrived on time and were installed immediately. Zenas did a great job measuring the custom fit and installing our blinds. We are very pleased with our blinds and would highly recommend The Shade Shop.

We purchased our Maine home last year that included 2 dozen high-quality Hunter-Douglas shades that have held up quite well over 20 years. With the exception of 6 shades that needed some love and attention. The Shade Shop has a "can do" attitude and said "yes, we can help!" whereas other shops said no. The Shade Shop was on-time, professional and reasonable in cost. We even purchased a large new shade for our kitchen windows! Thank you to the Shade Shop!

We had the best experience with The Shade Shop. This family owned business was so helpful in helping us pick out the right shades for our new home. It was even fun for us when Zenes and his father, Frank came to install. They did a beautiful job and explained all system for the motorized shades. We highly recommend The Shade Shop!

We 100% recommend the Shade Shop! We were new to the area and our home needed blinds throughout. After researching local stores we decided to stop in the shade shop. We wanted quality, expertise and honest help as we had no idea what we were doing. We got all that and more. Frank, Jan, Zenas and Dawn were all so attentive, kind, and professional. They came out for a look at the house and to get an idea of what we would need. They were very patient and were not trying to force a sale. Within three weeks we had new blinds throughout our home. We had a great experience and our home looks lovely and complete.

The Shade Shop in Kennebunk is a great place!They have a beautiful showroom and were very helpful with picking out the perfect shutters for our windows. Great family-owned local business with Jan & Dawn in the showroom and Frank & Zenas doing the install. Would highly recommend them.

Unbelievable location for an upholstery shop. This is a must see store. The infamous Frank Gagnon and family have been serving Kennebunkport Maine and all other parts of Maine for over 60 years. Frank's father started the business back in the 60s and is still going strong. They have an elite class of clientele that include none other than the Bush's and Walkers. So, if you're looking for window coverings, high end furniture, or anything upholstery please check out this store. Jan and Frank are "one in a million" kind of people. We've have been their loyal customers for over 15 years.
