Some of the rudest workers I have ever met. We have been there numerous times and Tammy is the most unfriendly unhelpful person. Everything for her is an effort and its time she realizes that she works in retail with customers. Please if you see Tammy… Run.

This pitiful excuse of a "Pharmacy" is a a trainwreck... stay away from this location. They are short staffed, the drive through is closed many times throughout the day and they close for lunch leaving the pickup area caged off- no pickup at all. Prescription was submitted online by my Doctor multiple times during a 2 week period and it was not in the system and not filled or ready to be used and it was critical that I start my medication. I will never do business again with CVS. All future business will be done with BJ's or Costco Pharmacy.

*** Update: I called Corporate customer service and within minutes, was notified that all 4 prescriptions were ready to be picked up. In addition, there was no line when I arrived at the counter and the new girl at the counter was personable, capable and caring.I don't know if it's permanent, but it was a great visit.***Original: How can I do minus stars? Dr ordered 4 prescriptions for surgery next week. 1 is ready. Other 3 are "in process". Pharmacy doesn't answer phone. This place should be shut down. Go anywhere else.

I was upset the lady that gave my wife and I our flu shots never changed her pink gloves in-between giving flu shots to previous people getting shots.

Pharmacy is a joke. They refuse to open for normal hours, randomly close the drive through, and feel entitled enough to completed close the pharmacy so they can all eat a communal lunch together instead of taking turns and staying open. Unbelievable from a CVS pharmacy.

CVS is my go to for everything in Ohio. I am on vacation and needed a prescription badly. My husband is a Physician and he talked to a the Pharmacist directly, she said my script would be ready at 2:00. We arrived at 2:00 and the manager named David told me it wouldn't be ready for another hour. I kindly told him that the Pharmacist told my husband 2:00. The manager named David, the tech which was a lady with blonde hair and the Pharmacist ( lady with dark long hair) were extremely rude and clearly didn't care about me or my situation. I left without my script. My husband will NOT recommend your CVS to his patients, other Physicians, friends , and family. We vacation to this very special every summer with friends and family. The worst experience I have ever had. I will follow up with a phone call to CVS cooperate and the regional manager.

Rude people and poor service........ I do like that with the care pass I can get prescriptions delivered. And kennebunk can't dispense pain relievers. I don't know why but they don't!
