“Just picked up my motorhome from Champion and they have done an amazing job. It looks awesome. They completed it sooner than promised and their quote was spot on. They didn't try to put in a higher quote than what the cost would be like some shops. For that matter, the insurance adjuster quote was slightly higher than their estimate. Not many shops handle large motor homes, so they could have gouged if they wanted to, but they didn't and were honest. I would highly recommend them.”

“First things first, I did not end up buying a Subaru this time around. This was my first time buying a new car and I was shopping around for the right fit. Even though I did not get a Subaru, I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and dealership! Tony especially was very helpful and genuinely tried to get me all the things I wanted without being pushy or frustrating. Again, it was my first time dealing with sales people and I wish that the car was the right fit just so that I could buy it from Tony! “I bought a 24 Canyon Denali. Pete was awesome in sales. The F&I person was awful to deal with. Ryan in the body shop is amazing and should get a raise. At first i started to regret buying the truck after the sale because of the F&I person and defects in the paint. After all said and done (thanks to Ryan) he made it all worthwhile. I love the truck but GM needs to do better quality control in the paint department. It was almost not worth it. Overall for sales and body shop repair, i give 5 stars.”

“Had my brothers truck tuned, the truck had a dead spot before and fell on its face but after having it tuned it didn’t have any dead spots and the tune was done right, very happy with the way it came out. Very great communication through out the whole process.”

“Top notch service, unlike any other collision shop in the area. I dropped my truck off, went over the damage with them. My rental company picked me up and everything went well. The repair was timely, and when I went to pick up my truck, I was shocked. I dropped my truck off and still had winter sand on the floorboards and dust/dirt on the dashboard. When I picked my truck up, the repairs were 100% satisfactory, and the interior of my truck was cleaned to include the floor mats and dashboard. I felt like I was driving a brand new truck. I had no expectation of that and honestly, I never write reviews but I can’t keep thinking about the customer service experience I had with Ira Collision and how they went above and beyond. Hopefully I don’t have any collisions in the future, but if I do, I know where I’m going. I will also suggest Ira Collision to friends and family. Thank you guys!”
