NEVER rent from here. I share the same sad story as others. Our unit got broken into (the lock was cut) and the boxes cut into to see what was inside. Footprints on the wall from thieves walking on the sides looking.
A big oil spill from the back wall unit behind us all over my property (what a mess) and ruined the boxes contents. Then even worse was the damage from the water (snow melted). They didn't not remove the snow and as it melted it leaked all the way to the back wall and damaged anything on the floor. It ruined a new queen bed and molded it and also an office chair. All my kids childhood books I have been saving for their kids were destroyed. I couldnt even open them. That was priceless items I can never replace.
Owner will NOT respond to our email about it. There were several others broken into on the back side as well. Several had new latches. If owner replaced them he should have messaged the tenants. But no contact then nor now. We emailed him this information and nothing! No response. Not even our deposit back. What a horrible place to rent. So much was destroyed, so much family memories. Sooo sad.

Horrible experience they got paid for over a year of storage and everything inside practically got ruined from water damage and mold and mildew plus storage unit got the lock cut off and broken into. Their security cameras evidently don't work

Storage unit on the backside right down from the camera got broken into... looks like they hit all the other ones on that side too. Everything on the floor got water damaged because they didn't plow close enough to the doors and it all froze shut to the point of making the personal property inside inaccessible all winter. Then oil from an adjoining unit on the other side leaked through under the partition and ruined stuff on the back wall. Personal property stored inside got rummage through by the thieves with boxes sliced open with a knife. Never store your stuff here. You are better storing it out in your front yard with no tarp or anything.
