I really appreciate my postal delivery person. I got a delivery from Amazon that included a HEAVY case of dishwasher detergent. He brought the packages and my mail to my deck instead of leaving them near the mailbox which is more than 40 ft from the deck.

Every time I have called the Jefferson post office, they have answered the phone, been pleasant to talk to, and have helped me with whatever issues or questions I had.

Multiple times in this month have been waiting for packages to be delivered. The tracking will say out for delivery and then will say could not deliver no one was home or couldn’t get in drive way. My wife is a stay at home mom so there is someone there all the time and my driveway is cleaned up after every storm. Just stop with the excuses already and do your job

They sent my packages out for delivery. I checked later in the day to see if they came and they said that “customer requested a hold at post office”. I work six days a week, 12 hours a day, and three hours away from the post office. Why would I request my packages to be held at a place that I can’t even get to? Why would I pay for shipping if I have to pick up packages? Not even a phone call so I could have made arrangements for someone else to pick it up for me. Don’t lie and say it’s “out for delivery” and then lie further by saying that I requested it to be held there. Three packages this week alone have had this issue. One of them I can I understand and I’m not sure why the seller would have sent it by postal service instead of FedEx or UPS, but two others are small boxes that easily could have been delivered. Absolutely ridiculous. I work for a delivery service — I and my colleagues are able to deliver 100+ package stops every day, so why can’t the post office? I didn’t agree with much the former president said or did, but he should have defunded them. I want my packages delivered!

This is the absolute worst post office. Phone not working for months. Mail not forwarded for 2 months now. I turned in the forwarding post card in person may 24th NOW they say I need to verify my identity????

They never deliver my packages, I always have to go pick them up, my house is 20 feet off the main road. No excuses half the time.

Don't answer phone!! Moved to AZ, sent card in to send mail being on hold to new PO BOX in AZ. It's been almost a month and still not getting mail....and they don't answer the phone!

Really horrible they don't deliver mail ever bc envelopes are too heavy for them. If its raining they also won't deliver bc getting their arm wet when they open the mail box is awful for them. If the box is to heavy (cat litter etc) they send it back bc quote the box is to large and takes up vital storage space. Really honestly is the worst place ever. Can we just be done with usps ppl come on.

If the mail is bigger then the mail box instead of dropping it off they bring it all the way back to the p.o, 3rd time this has happened

I'd give zero stars to be honest. Every time I have a box larger than my mailbox being delivered they just leave me a slip to come get it at the post office instead of leaving it by my door. And they're closed before I even get out of work so it's very inconvenient.
