My Dad's Place is a neat little bar and restaurant in an historic building that was a corner store for many years, decorated with old photos and sales flyers. The food is good, amazing, delicious, and very tasty, with customers reporting they have never had a bad meal. They offer daily specials and temporary specials. However, service can be very slow, with waits of an hour and a half for food even when the restaurant is not crowded. While the staff is friendly, accommodating, and transparent, these long waits have frustrated some customers. Despite the sometimes awful wait, many find the food worth it and love the experience, with some calling it their favorite place to eat.
The food was good. However, we waited an hour and a half for a salad and a burger. There were about 12-15 customers in the restaurant so it wasn't crowded.

Good little pub... best burgers in town and a good selection of beers.
