Dear Jay Hannaford Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express some concerns regarding my recent visit to your store. During my shopping trip, I noticed a male employee with ginger hair who seemed to be following me around, which made both me and my young daughter feel quite uncomfortable. Additionally, at checkout, the monitor made a remark about “some people just feeling the need to buy out the entire store,” which further added to our discomfort.
It has been a challenging week, and I simply needed to get groceries for my family. I would greatly appreciate it if you could address these issues to ensure a more pleasant shopping experience for your customers in the future.

Sold the rotisserie chicken raw. If you buy one from them check it first. Ours was bloody and yes I have proof. Tried to call and have a conversation but supposedly their phone has been down for the last 4 days. Might be an accident but they need to really pay attention when cooking chicken.

i witnessed the most compassionate check out ladies ever today… there was a very elderly lady in front of me, she was taking a good bit of time, they were so sweet to her… i was worried patrons in line would get impatient …. guess what…. that didn’t happen! I love Maine!

That has to Be 1 of the Worst Hannafords I've been in !!! Understocked ,Out dated Orange juice that they want you to pay 6.29 a gallon ! Let alone well over priced compared to other Hannafords!! That place is a Dump ! Needs New Management and torn down or Rehabed !! Now I see why everyone goes to the Walmart in Farmington and I hate that place but is 100% better then the Dumpy Hannafords in Jay Maine !! Boycott it do yourself a favor .!!!!!
