Refused to give us 30 day credit, stated it’s because of a delinquent account. It’s a fraudulent account and only shows up on the Experian report and they refuse to accept my trans union or Equifax report the credit is over 658 with one and 706 for the other. It seems alittle unjust that they would immediately deny the application and not even try to work with us to see if we could work something out. Also we can only get deliveries on Wednesdays or have to pay an extra fee for delivery even if you order ahead of time

Great place with a full service gas station and a crew that goes out of they're way to help!! Good deal on heating oil and get a discount on gas when you sign up on heating oil. A plus hometown spot. Only thing that is not good is they close down daily for like half to an hour right at lunchtime. It's no biggie to me but the money they are loosing as I watch so many drive offs. You'd think there's a better way. It explains 3.9 should be a 5

Don't bother trying to get your propane tanks filled unless you get there in a brief afternoon window. Every excuse...no one here certified, too busy, only one person in duty and can't leave pumps unattended (even when there are no other customers)...and if your lucky enough to get service, there's only one guy who is friendly!!! But most of the time, you leave feeling like you were a terrible burden on them! So much for going to the most convenient place...I'll go out of my way to avoid the service in Jay!

Wouldnt help load a large propane tank left a woman to do it herself and it was at least 50lbs

The guy filling propane tanks tried to tell me the nearest place that could recertify my propane tanks was in Rumford, 45 minutes away. I called the CN Brown in Farmington, 10 minutes down the road, and they said they recertify. I wonder if management will look at this as an opportunity to educate, or respond with some ridiculous excuse like they did the lady that left a negative review because she had to load a full 50lb propane tank into her vehicle by herself. This place is a joke, like so many other places of business these days. Your business is as good as the people you hire.
