I am a business in the Houlton area and I had needed a part for my Ford F350. Local parts store that I first went to because it was closer didn't have the right part nor could they find the correct part. I went to Chris in parts at Yorks. He found the exact item and had the proper diagram to make sure we had the right one. Thank you Chriz!

This shop is a joke. I brought my vehicle in knowing what the issue was and was told repeatedly that it was not the issue and that it was perfectly fine. A few weeks later I was back in because of tire wearing on the inside and a shake in the front. I fought with them for over an hour to get someone to check it out again as I knew I was correct the entire time. Once they got it up on the lift they \\\"noticed\\\" a lot of other things wrong; brakes, rotors, calipers etc. So with it being my family vehicle I told them to go ahead and complete the work. The day it was suppose to be done I get the call that as they were taking my vehicle off of the lift the muffler \\\"rotted\\\" off even though it was just put on a month or so ago. There was damage done to the rear and side of my vehicle as though they may have lost it off the lift partially. I would never use this shop again. They were rude, lazy and do NOT keep up with appointments. If you have an appointment at 2 for a check make sure you have someone there to pick you up because you will be waiting for hours before they even take it in.

I live in California and had been searching for a new F150 Raptor but the prices here are all marked up over MSRP, even during this Covid crisis. When searching online I found a really great price on a new 2019 Raptor at York's of Houlton in Maine. I contacted them and Mark Chapman from their Sales team responded immediately. I had the obvious concerns/questions about whether the truck was CA compliant for emissions, and how I would get it here (it's 3500 miles away) safely and as cost effectively as possible. Mark was amazing. He gave me some contacts for shipping companies, confirmed the truck was in fact CA legal and could be registered in my state, and he worked with me on the pricing. We handled all the Financing remotely over email/phone and within a few days the truck was mine. It took me a little time to find a carrier that would get out that way (I recommend Montway, once I connected with them, it only took them 24 hours to find a truck to pick it up) but once it got picked up, I had the truck a week later. I can't say enough about Mark, he stayed in touch with me daily via text and called me when it was important, and is just an all around awesome guy. All my friends thought I was crazy buying this truck from a dealer 3500 miles away but Mark made this process so easy...I wish I could pay him a visit in person and shake his hand. Thank you Mark!

THE WORST DEALER PRACTICES EVER!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!I inquired by phone for a used car they advertised ....1. They pulled not one, but SEVEN HARD CREDIT PULLS , WITHOUT A SIGNED APPLICATION IN HAND, the result: greatly bringing down my credit score for two years!!!! 2. Only to call me back, and say I was approved, BUT THE CAR YOU WANT WAS SOLD SEVERAL DAYS AGO!!!! Then offered me another similar used car for $3000 more in cost!!!!!Similar to another review I read, couple below mine. This obviously is haw they conduct highly unethical business, shot gun your credit scores and try to sell you another vehicle for much more. That was my experience. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!If this in't typical bait and switch, I don't know what is.STAY AWAY.

I made an appointment to test drive a 2016 Jeep Compass a few days ago. They called me this morning before I left to confirm it. I called back less than an hour later to say I'd be there earlier than anticipated. I was told it was no problem and everything would be ready when I got there. I drove an HOUR to get there, only to be told that they sold that Jeep 4 DAYS AGO!! Then they tried to tell me they have another (more expensive) Jeep that was still available. I didn't bother to listen to the sales pitch, because I knew I couldn't afford it. You'd think they would've mentioned on the phone when they called that it was no longer available. But no. They wasted my time and they lost a sale. Terrible customer service!!!
