This package sat in the southern maine distribution center for 5 days without moving. It was also cut open damaging one item and one item fell out somewhere. This was dumped on my porch with no explanation or apology. Poor customer service!

Having Bought Gifts online throughout the year, being delivered without any issues! Baby Bump boxes delivered as well EVERY MONTH !! Waiting on a package for my son for Christmas that was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday in my box, with tracking number saying it was delivered!! It WASNT !! Morgan at the po says that the place I purchased the product from was a scam!! When I know very well it’s not!! I’ve ordered from the same company before!!

Mail is always late, packages are never on time. I understand not wanting to deliver with dogs on the property, but jesus some of us have important documents and gifts.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Asked to talk to agent would not connect me. Why bother having phones if you cant talk to a human!!!!!!!!!

These Guys And Gals Are Great. Efficient, Enjoy Their Jobs, Lucky To Have This Team Of Postal Workers Delivering The Mail And Packages in Houlton ME! Dave Hill My Regular Route Postman Is ALWAYS ALWAYS Positive, Pleasant And On The Ball Efficient. The Weather Does Not Slow Him Down Or Dampen His Spirits. Same With The Window Crew At The Zip Code Beehive On 39 Court ST. Thank You! Ask Someone From Canada How Their Mail Service Compares To The Fly Like An Eagle Fast We Are Spoiled With On This Side Of The Border. Postmaster Henry Gartley, Leigh Cummings Before That And All The Postal Workers Do A Super Job With The Pony Express - Keep The Mail Moving Zip Zip Zip.

Well.... They tell me/my family our address doesnt exist. They've held mail for weeks on end. Our bills find us???? We are the FRONT apt at 106 MAIN ST (CLEARLY MARKED W/IDENTIFYING NUMBERS !!!!) Our mailbox is clearly labeled w/our names as it is part of a group of mailboxes. If the mail carrier can't read HIS OWN writing on our address marker- then assign another carrier!! OR perhaps we can take the postmaster on a tour of the property. My daughter has missed school mandated appts as well as myself missing important Dr. Appts.
We have moved before; we have NEVER had so much of a hassle.
