Purchase a tractor from these people and was very happy with customer service along with the tractor. Just purchased a 7 foot landscape rake with wheel kit made by ironcraft sight unseen. That was probably my first problem. They delivered to caribou which was great for me. Used this rake once and I don’t see any issues with the rake. The problem is with the wheel kit. It is not the normal system where you can add and take away bushings for the wheel height. Instead it’s bolt with a handle on the end that screws to the shaft which should tighten it to the desired height. Problem is the design is terrible because all it does is slip on the shaft and will not keep the correct height. Called my sales rep and explained the situation in which he informed me that they would come up with a fix and would call back immediately. That has not happened and this took place over a week ago. Moral of the story, don’t buy a wheel kit to go with the landscape take from these people. Terrible design and no support from sales after it’s purchased.

Very straightforward and honest staff. No high pressure tactics. No bait and switch. The price on the car is the price. No hocus pocus "let me talk to my manager" like other car dealers. Lauren and Ryan are professional, helpful and easy to deal with
I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat. I recommend you give them a try.

Had a great experience with Priority Auto and Ryan. Pleasure doing business with you all, quick and easy!! The girls singing in back office didn't hurt either. We joked about it but truly made the experience memorable.

I have purchased several vehicles from Priority Auto and every single time it is super easy and the best experience. Every single person there is great, but I highly recommend speaking with Ryan Cleary… he made my most recent trade in purchase completely hassle free, answered every question I had, and just made my most recent visit in excellent experience! This place is beyond five stars!

Went to Priority for a new tractor. Met up with Wally and looked at various models, he had great knowledge of not only the TYM but tractors in general. Received a fair trade in value and felt like the new tractor was worth the price paid. Great experience, good people, Thanks Priority !! Wally you earned the 5 stars!!!

I had an appointment at a nearby dealership to trade my truck in on a Toyota Tundra, but found the truck to be in poor cosmetic condition with a broken key. I walked away and figured I’d stop by Priority’s new dealership on the way home, just to look around. Every vehicle on their lot was in excellent condition, fully detailed, and I quickly found the right truck for me. They gave me an excellent trade-in, offered a great warranty, and offered to complete the financing via email, since I was on a tight schedule. They delivered the truck 50 miles to my house with a full tank and fresh wax. It was the best buying experience I’ve ever had- it was like buying a car from a friend. Their prices are average with everyone else- it’s the service and quality that make them better than the others.

We bought a tractor from there on thursday may 25 and have yet to recive it do to them only having 1 tym service person and hes been out for almost 7 days. If your gonna run a buisness make sure you have a second mechanic to cover in these types of things.
