Mitchell sold me a reliable and clean used car for a very reasonable price. I drove two hours to see this car and upon arrival the exterior of the car had been washed, the interior was spotless and the gas tank was full. You can tell he takes pride in the work he does and goes the extra mile to show it. He was welcoming and informative, and made the whole process a breeze. Mike and his staff are top notch. Extremely upfront and transparent. I wound up unfortunately having an issue with my car that none of us could've foreseen happening. How they handled this situation is what really impressed me. These gentlemen stand behind their cars! They took it back in quickly and repaired it. No hassle/ questions asked. I would happily/ confidently purchase from them again. They set an example of customer service other dealers could learn from.

Bought the car over the internet. I was a little worried at first to be honest. Tommy kept in touch with me showing me the process step by step. I live in michigan he is in maine, after full payment was recieved,he shipped my car to me within a day arrived at my doorstep in 3 days. Car is exactly what he says it is. 100 pct honest buisiness owner. If all buisinesses ran like this the world would be a no stress place. Id buy a car from him again in a heartbeat.

Bought a 2000 Ford F-F250 off of Tommy at HRS and he was nothing but honest with what the truck had for issues, what it had done for work and still to this day is happy to give me advice on the truck. highly recommend buying your vehicle here and i'll probably be buying a subaru off him soon enough as a beater.
