“My nightmare began when I bought my vehicle from Lee. The 1st year I replaced many things including new windshield, new tires, new gas tank and several other things (Lee worked on it)Year 2 I started seeing electrical issues and had been to Lee multiple times and they kept saying it was a sensor but the vehicle was still safe to drive until I could get into the appointment (Dec 22nd)Finally I was completely frustrated with the way the jeep was running and all the lights on and I took it to Jim's. I had taken prior vehicles here for service and had always been happy with them.They gave me the option of how I wanted it looked at. Did I want a mechanic to simply do the diagnostic scan, did I want it actually lifted and looked at. I chose to get both done, I wanted to know everything that was going on with this jeep. Sadly there was a extensive list of issues but they went over everything with me, they told me which ones were priorities and what could safely wait (rear wiper etc) When I left that day I had my receipt for what they had done, a written copy of what was wrong with the jeep, a printed copy of the estimate of just the serious stuff needed to make it safe and a printed copy of everything needed to get it fixed properly and ready for an inspection sticker. They were able to get me in within a few days. They told me ideally they could get it fixed within a couple hours if everything went perfectly but they would rather I leave it for the day in case they needed extra time or found something else wrong. Dropped it off for the day and called them around 2pm to see how it was going. I was told that the mechanic was finishing up and was going to do a test drive to make sure everything was okay and it would be ready soon. I was excited, even though it cost me more than I would have liked considering I'm still making payments on this vehicle but I was.I arrived shortly after and they patiently explained everything that was going on, they had even come in under the estimate that I was given and they threw in a new inspection sticker. Going home wasn't much of a drive but today I was able to really get out and give it a good ride. This vehicle rides beautifully!!! It honestly runs better than it ever has (even coming off the lot) I feel safe knowing that everything has been looked at, fixed and done correctly No matter who you buy your vehicle from doesn't mean you have to take it to them, especially if they've done shotty work in the past. I am so happy to have taken it to Jim's and I will not be going anywhere else with it in the future. These guys are skilled mechanics and will not let you drive off without knowing your 100% safe in your vehicle.Back in the day you'd take your vehicles to family to get fixed and going to Jim's is just the same. I feel safe knowing they've fixed it”
