“GREAT store, with a lot of merchandise that's suited for all of your needs. Pet goods, home goods, clothing, etc. Most likely you'll come out with something you love, and didn't know you needed. Jake at the register is very pleasant and says "hello" to you every time you come in!”
“I ordered and paid for wood pellets from the website to be picked up at the store the same day. Chuck called me within 5 minutes of placing the order to say the website wasn’t accurate and they didn’t actually have that kind in stock.
He suggested another comparable product and canceled my first order. I placed a new order and received a text that it was ready for pick up in less than 30 minutes.

I recently did a remodeling job at my house, Nick DeLong came to the house and had our order delivered in no time. I added a couple other things later on and they were happy to get them to me quickly. When the job was done, they picked up the leftovers and promptly refunded me for the unused materials.
