“U-Haul customer service in San Clemente took the time to locate a hitch for my 1996 4x4 Truck, they kept me informed and worked me in their busy schedule. Their mechanic then worked around the custom bumper I had installed to make it work perfect. It took twice as long as it would have taken if I had on the standard bumper but he did it with a smile and didn't try to charge me anything extra. The guy cleaning up the yard while I waited impressed me with his work ethic and was happy and friendly. Nice to see someone thankful and enjoying their job in these difficult times. It was a Sunday so I couldn't thank the manager at the time, but if you read this I want to thank you and your crew for being so nice and informative.
