Went here today for an oil change and had a great experience. I had a 9am appointment and they took my truck in within minutes. They were very friendly and I highly recommend them if in the area. You can tell they are good people.

Kathy was very responsive. Reached out via messaging through their online portal and heard back within 24 hours. Got my vehicle in the next day, and they fixed it. Prices were reasonable. The friendliness and understanding of how costly repairs can be was outstanding. Thank you, Kathy, and the rest of the team.

Was considering a very nice, clean Murano for sale on this lot. The vehicle is immaculate and the owner was kind enough to share the car fax report with me, and was very accommodating considering I’m shopping g for a car without a car to get me around. The only reason I did not purchase the vehicle is because I purchased my father’s car at a family discount. I would recommend this shop !!

Bought a vehicle from here in November. Started to burn oil a bunch and developed a knock after around 3000 miles of ownership. Took it to them for an oil change and to get the noise checked out and was told that it was just making noise because it’s a Subaru. Car also had an exhaust leak and power steering leak that they never told me about.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I would rate 0 if I could. Bought a truck there not even a year ago and it’s had one major mechanical problem after another since I’ve brought it home. Day 2 of having it the radiator showed leak detection dye, needed four ball joints about a week after and they weren’t even the correct ones on the truck, the 4wd crapped out not long after, the AC stopped working and needs an AC compressor, mismatched headlights, the bottom of the access door on the passenger side rusted out and got filled in and painted instead of replaced, the window fell down into the passenger door a month after, the clutch bearing started rattling after a few days, driver seat had wear holes on the side, rusted out tailgate, and just about everything is zip tied even front bumper and grill, was supposed to get two keys and only was given one, we had a deal of 8000 out the door but I somehow ended up getting charged around 10,100. Right now, the truck burns coolant, blowing a head gasket, cylinder 3 startup misfire, needs AC compressor, either radiator or hoses, clutch bearing/clutch, driver seat, tailgate and more. By the time I’m done I’ll have a brand new truck practically...I must of been the rip off of the day

If you value your car like i do, DO NOT BRING IT HERE!. I have a wrx and needed my clutch replaced and kathy called telling me there was more to be done. I said okay whatever needs to be done. After said and done. I thought the price was reasonable. Well i had to take it back 3 others time for issues they said they fixed but the issues kept coming back. Well now i have found a actual mechanic who knows about subies and has told me everything that was wrong. NOTHING was greased (hence why i had to keep coming back) everything was just halfassed. Now it is fixed properly this time.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I went into Kontios as a new customer with the expectation that I'd be waiting an hour and spending close to $300 on my vehicle inspection and oil change like I did at my last mechanic. I'm happy to say I was wrong in the most positive way. I was there for about 35 minutes for a full inspection and oil change and only needed my low lights replaced. Very reasonably priced and efficient. Will be returning.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!EVER!I was out of state and my car was towed here when I came into some car troubles. Reading the reviews I was hopeful but that quickly changed. Kathy called me at first and told me my car was undrivable, the engine was ruined, and it would be thousands of dollar in repairs!Luckily I knew someone in the area that was a mechanic and had him speak to Kathy to try and understand what was wrong. I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cars, and didn't want to be taken advantage of. After a few mins on the phone with Kathy the mechanic hung up and said we better go look the car. He thought something sounded fishy.After a struggle to even get my keys from Kathy.The car turned on immediately. Nothing was wrong with the engine and Kathy quickly changed her story. To finish this quickly I ended up bringing my car somewhere else where it was fixed for 1/3 of her quoted price. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
