This by far was the best experience I’ve had with a business other than a few favorites in my area. The customer service/Steve was beyond amazing. After a rock broke my windshield a few days before I had to travel out of state on Dec 22, this company offered to meet me at an appt I had at cancer care in Brewer on the 21st. That didn’t end out working for me (not because of them). After a couple more appts I had to reschedule due to quarantine/covid and another medical emergen

Super job. I called to get a new windshield installed on my van. Installer Jeffrey Clements arrived on time, was very courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. I would have have no problem recommending Bangor Glass for glass replacement, knowledgeable and a good price.

back window shattered at 6:30 am called this co. at 7:30 took me right in prepped the work, ordered the replacement glass for later today and all fixed by 3:00 pm...an excellent place to do business with.. every so friendly and helpfull..I would highly recommend BANGOR GLASS AND GRAPHICHS to anyone that needs a service they provide..

I am a real estate agent and Jeanette has been producing all of our signs whether a stand up banner, door lettering or signs that are customized to our specific listings. They are exactly what you would expect from a local business and more. The job expectations were set straight up front and the results were on point thereafter. A very honest, engaging and caring staff made sure that we were well taken care of while my hyperactive 2-year old daughter and myself waited for the repair. I highly recommend this business!
