“Been living in our Sprinter full time traveling 140K miles all over North America for the last 3 years. Vehicle maintenance is definitely the worst part of being a full-timer. Started hearing some grumbling in the front end while driving through Ontario. Dropped into upstate New York and called a dealer in Albany who said they couldn’t look at it for 2 weeks. Drove to Maine while the situation was obviously getting worse. Pulled into BA&TC on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Steven. He said they couldn’t look at it then, so we made an appointment for Monday morning – off to Moosehead Lake with fingers crossed. On Monday morning, their diagnostic revealed both front bearings gone and a brake job was needed all the way around. Parts arrived Wednesday afternoon as promised and they had us out Thursday afternoon. 2 stand-out things I also want to mention. They allowed us to store our boat in the yard while we waited for the parts, and when they performed the alignment (per Mercedes specs) they test drove it and determined there was too much “toe” so they improvised. The vehicle drives/tracks better and quieter than it ever has in the past. These guys really know what they are doing!”
“Dave is a craftsman. He has fixed numerous issues in the drivetrain of my VW Tiguan that other shops could not (including the dealership). He always adheres to the manual and keeps detailed records of all of his works as well as the car's symptoms. “My auto mechanic referred me to Tuckers Auto Repair to evaluate the extensive rust on my 2011 Silverado. My truck didn’t pass state inspection because the frame had numerous holes in it due to rust. Scott at Tucker Auto made an appointment for me to stop by. He evaluated my truck free of charge; he looked underneath the truck and tapped on the frame with a hammer (about a thousand times) to assess points of weakness throughout the entire frame and found numerous issues. I really appreciate his honesty and professional opinion. He said he could use the revenue generated by this frame repair but he couldn’t guarantee how long that repair would last. That right there is rare in today’s automotive industry. I highly recommend this guy for any type of auto repair!”

I was given clear instruction as to how to secure my nephew’s wheelchair and how to operate the doors and ramp. Driving the Sienna was a breeze, too. Colby’s patience and humour made the over the phone rental process easy and informative. He was also delightfully personable.
