There was a cancellation in the next 2 days and they just had a few extra minute to assist the problem later that day and they had it fixed in less that 30 minutes. Thanks for going above and beyond vs simply saying “nope don’t have” it or “nope don’t know how to help” you. Seriously you helped me by selling that Fuel System kit that the Ford Dealer here is Boise, ID says nope don’t have can’t find one and NO ETA on getting that part. You guys had it and sold it to folks in ID, Thanks a ton and it’s great to see some folks will go above and beyond the daily scope in helping others.”
“A few months ago I wanted to get a new inspection before I took my truck to trade in but it failed for the ebrake not working. I took it home and got it fixed and called back he let me meet him at his shop at 630 am before they were officially open and reinspected it without charging me again. The guy was very polite and down to earth. I will definitely be a returning customer.”
