What a breath of fresh air it was to call a Post Office branch and get through to someone very helpful and friendly. It can be a real challenge to get help at the PO in my city, but the woman I spoke to in Harrison made finding my package a breeze! Thank you!

Wonderful office, the staff are kind and go out of their way to help! Usually no lines and waiting as well! We do all of our business mailings here and will continue to do so! They even decorated for the holiday celebration in Harrison that we donate storage to! Keep up the great work and don’t let people treat you rudely workers of the postal service! We appreciate you!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The so-called 'Postmaster' was extremely rude and unwilling to help without being condescending and argumentative. She should look for another job.

The folks at this post office were very helpful with taking theur time and explaining to me how to do a series of holds and address changes that got a little complicated due to my crazy schedule. They were more than happy to help. Thank you!

Am sending or trying to send a picture of the package, which was 13"-18" folded, then shoved in my mailbox and I am sick of it happening, not the first time! It's been done at least three other times! I think this mailperson on my route isn't very good at their job... They don't even try to make an effort to see if anyone is home! Which is most always someone is there... Thanks for letting me let you know how our mailperson is doing..
