Bought my Sylvan pontoon at the Portland boat show in 2022 was supposed to have a 10 year extended warranty in the agreed upon price and NEVER received any documentation even after a few calls to them. Also the horn stopped working within a week and they were going to ship one to me instead of pulling my boat out of the water and trailering it to them. 2 years have gone by and still no horn and no paperwork for the extended warranty. Lots of lip service once they get your money. Place is going down hill.

Harrison Marina has always gone above and beyond to satisfy any need we have had. We have been going there for 4 years now and we are extremely happy with their customer service.

One of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. Purchased a brand new boat from them that head issues for the start. Albeit, these were small issues, but their techs couldn’t fix these issues for months. Again, this was a brand new boat we purchased from them that included full warranty.
The service was so bad that we begged other marinas in the area to take us in. Mooselanding had all of our issues fixed in 3 days.
Extremely unprofessional, tons of false promises and lies. Run away from this place as fast as you can.

We have been using Harrison Marina for about 4 years. As time goes by, the customer service is getting worse and worse, very expensive for service they didn’t do. Doesn’t feel welcomed.

We met the staff at the Boston boat show and started the process with them. Mario, Jason and Kim were very helpful with the trade and the purchase. Tremendous experience. I highly recommend them.

I have been using Harrison Marina for about 4 or 5 years for winterizing and storing by boat. In September of 2021 the owner Dave came to take my boat out of the water like they do every year. He accidentally smashed the windshield on my boat going under a bridge near my dock space. Not the biggest deal in the world, accidents happen. However, they never told me about it until the MIDDLE OF MAY 2022!!! They were trying to cover it up and were completely dishonest with me. The reason I found out is because they never ordered the windshield until March of 2022 and it was late. This made it so I received my boat 3 weekends later then when it was supposed to be in. As you can imagine not being told your boat had been damaged I was pretty angry about this. I sent Kimberly, (who I believe runs service) and left a voicemail for Dave about how angry I was for them not telling me. I received a phone call from Dave shortly after yelling and screaming at me! The conversation was unbelievable. Unprofessional and trying to be a complete bully. I've never heard a business owner represent his company the way Dave did. It was like arguing with a toddler. Never did he take ownership of lying to me and covering up the damage. Kim in Service, emailed me back basically stating how dare I talk to them like that. Really???? It was the most incredible experience I have ever encountered with a business. The best part, is after I received my boat the glass they ordered wasn't tinted like the other glass on my windshield so it looks ridiculous. The middle windshield doesn't lay flat like it did before and there are a ton of scratches where Dave hit the bridge on the frame of the windshield. I told this story to a few local people in Harrison I know and they weren't shocked. This is their reputation in the local area. All and all, STAY AWAY FROM HARRISON MARINA. Dishonest, ignorant, and terrible customer service. I wish I could give zero stars.

This may be a little long winded for context. I had the starter replaced at the beginning of the season. Last season there were a few times it just clicked but didn't turn over so when my old marina recommended it I agreed. The second time I put it in the water it did the same thing. Took it back to him and he said it was a loose connection on the solenoid and said he would charge me for the half hour of labor at the end of season. To tighten a connection they left loose? Had it out a couple more times with sporadic issues. Yesterday (Saturday) I put it in and it would not start. Pulled it out and took it to Harrison marina hoping someone was there so I could drop it off and have them take a look at it. Fortunately Jason was there getting ready to leave I explained the issue and instead of having me leave it he immediately diagnosed and repaired it. I was back on the water within the hour! Thank you Jason and Harrison marina for helping me out. Outstanding customer service!

Needed a base gasket on an outboard done, assumed it was the end of my season but the folks here turned it around in a week and the motor is running fantastically!Will be my go to location for future work, and I highly recommend them for any marine work you need!

They replaced a damaged lower leg on my boat with bad parts. Did not honor their work! Dishonest people and very disrespectful. Run the other way!

Don't pull out with a boat trailer when traffic is doing the speed limit, and only 500 yards away, causing them to slam on their breaks. Yelling obscenities at us seemed like a j*** move also, considering you were in the wrong.

You can't beat Jason and Kim the owners of Harrison Marina. They're extremely nice, honest and offer great products at a very reasonable price. Before you buy or service a boat you should go here because you can trust them and they will recommend the right product for you, even if it's less money. If you feel a need to shop around go ahead and do that but go here last. Then you'll see that I'm right. ?Kathy and Jim

I called in on May 14th and asked if I could do a pontoon rental. They said they normally do not rent until June 15th but would make an exception and would work to get the insurance in time. I told them that would be great, I needed to confirm with my group and I would call back on Monday to set up the reservation. I called on Monday and left a message with no answer, and I did not receive a call back. I called back on Wednesday and got ahold of someone, they said that I would need to send them an email online to book. I said ok I just wanted to make sure I could still reserve, they said it wont be a problem that's just how we book because we are very busy. I sent them an email and got a response back that they could not get a rental boat until the end of June. Very unreliable!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone, waste of my time. If they could not provide service they should told me so I could find someone who could.
