Harpswell Schoolhouse
506 Harpswell Neck Rd, Harpswellwe make it a point to stop at this restaurant every year when we visit Maine. We learned this year that in November 2023 they had a fire at the restaurant. Since then the restaurant has been renovated, including a new head chef and a new name “Harpswell Schoolhouse”. Most of the staff is the same, professional and extremely detail oriented. The food was fabulous, excelling the great dishes of years past. The service is in the European style, that is to say it is not hurried. We highly recommend this upscale restaurant, it’s a gem!
