I just purchased a new A400 Sporting Cole Pro after working with Kelly. She was patient with all of my questions, and extremely helpful in assuring my gun was exactly what I ordered. Communication is a trait not entirely common with sales people, it IS with Kelly.

I stopped into to Cole Fine Guns in Harpswell, ME this summer. I told Kelly right away that I was just looking and wasn't planning on buying. That did not bother her one bit and she spent well over an hour showing me beautiful shotguns. She spent a ton of time fitting me and demonstrated great knowledge of the shotguns she had on hand. After awhile, I had been in the shop so long my family finally decided to exit the car and check on me. Kelly was equally gracious to my young children and didn't wince a bit with them mulling around fine firearms. In the end, I thanked Kelly for her time and left. Last week I called and ordered one of the shotguns Kelly had me fitted for. It shipped very quickly and was carefully packaged. I'm so glad I purchased from this store. The custom experience I received made all the difference and I am now a life long customer. Thank you, Kelly.

I shipped a beretta DT11 to Coles ME. They fixed on the first try. Got it back in half the time then told me it would take. Beretta turn around time was three times as long. I ordered some parts last minute. They still got all shipped same day. Thanks Tom M. N.C.

Customer service at best!Drove from Southern NH today to get to the Maine store but got caught in the heavy Memorial Day weekend traffic - As a result, I arrived late and after 4pm when the store closes. The 'Closed' sign was already up, but still knocked gently on the door out of sheer desperation. To my shock, Kelly opened the door and informed me that they were closed. When I explained my situation and that I drove almost 3 hours to get to the store and needed a critical but cheap part for my Urika 2 Semi, she had that big smile on her face followed without hesitation by "No problem, I can help you, come on in!" Her colleague Jim joined in and assisted it me without hesitation as well, despite the fact that this was their personal time and both should have been out of the door and on their way home! They did not hesitate whatsoever. I have rarely seen such dedication before - This is not only textbook customer service from Kelly and Jim, but also an above-and-beyond one!Store owner, my sincere congrats on have such amazing folks - I will be a customer for life!

I had an issue with my ~10 year old Beretta A400 Xtreme. I reached out to Beretta to get the item fixed. I went back and forth with Beretta for over a month via email. Getting someone on the phone was next to impossible. I told Beretta that I did not expect them to pay for the repair. I gave them the part that I needed but they said that they did not have it in stock. I asked when it may be coming back into stock? Two weeks later, they emailed me that they had no idea. I asked what should I do, and is there a waiting list? Two weeks later, I received an email that said that they have the part, but that they hold on to their inventory of that part to service the shotgun repairs that are under warranty. I then got another email asking me to send the gun in to be fixed. I asked if that meant that they would sell me the part after all. The response was another email from a different person at Beretta saying that my gun was out of warranty and I would have to pay for the part. Yes, I know. But when is the part going to be available? So frustrating...I reached out to Cole Fine Guns and Gunsmithing from a recommendation from a friend. They did not have the part either, but they put me on a list. As soon as it came in (which was about a week), I was given a call and they shipped it to me in NC. The shipping was two days and the replacement part was perfect.I love my Beretta A400 Xtreme and I still love Beretta, but if you need a part or two and your Beretta is out of warranty, I highly recommend reaching out to Jody. She is courteous, thorough, and will work hard to help fix your problem. I could not be happier with Cole Fine Guns and Gunsmithing! Thanks!

Sent my new Beretta A400 in a month ago for problems with the magazine follower. Had to call and message for 3 weeks for info on it only to find out the gun was a dud and had to be sent to Beretta USA for repair or warranty replacement . Almost another 2 weeks of calling and messaging and still no information on where it is or what's going on. Very disappointed in communication between the 2 companies.

I just received a 16 guage Rizzini Artemis Light from Tobias from your San Antonio shop. Incredible gun, great price, outstanding customer service from Tobias. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me get the right gun for what I needed. Great experience, I will be a long term customer of Cole Guns!

They don't answer their phone nor return calls with in 24 hours so it is difficult to put a handle on them. So far seems they lack customer service or at least focus.
